this is my first one so here it goes
I am in appreciation for today, for the perfect sunny day here in California, for the beautiful walk on the hills today, and for the perfect friend to share it with, for my strong healthy body that could take me there, for being able to lay on my back on the hill side and soak up the warmth of the sun on this November day, for the way everything seemed to sparkle under the light of the sun, for the beautiful dark blue of the sky, for the gentle cool breeze that made the warmth of the sun that much more lovely, for chocolate, for my car that has served me so well, for good neighbors, for my landlady who was willing to get out of bed early in the morning on her day off of work to help me change my propane tank so I could have heat, for the gift of meditation, for this amazing instrument we have at our disposal called the mind, for my parents and their unconditional love and support, for art and all the beauty we humans are capable of creating, for the realization that the value of financial prosperity is doubled if I have someone to share it with, for the joy that is available to me every minute of everyday if I choose to open my heart to it, for the gift of forgiveness, for good movies and good books, for this prosperity portal, for the opportunity to learn from every single experience life brings, for second chances, for the garbage man, and the people who pick up the recycling, for clean water and clean air, and for the warmth and comfort of my bed and the dreams that await me tonight.
