Similar to keeping a gratitude journal, in the book "Ask and It Is Given", Esther and Jerry Hicks write about a game called "Rampage of Appreciation". What is written below is taken from this book, pages 142-146.

In this game, you actually set your vibrational frequency to one of allowing what you have asked for into your experience. In your mode of appreciation, you are in the practice of receiving.
This game can be played anywhere and at any time because it is simply about directing pleasant thoughts in your mind. If you were to write down your thoughts, it would enhance the process, but isn't necessary.
Begin by looking around your immediate environment and gently noticing something that pleases you. Try to hold your attention on this pleasing object as you consider how wonderful, beautiful, or useful it its. And as you focus upon it longer, your positive feelings about it will increase.
For example:
While standing in line at the post office, you may think:
This is a very nice building. There's so much more parking here than at the old post office. There are more counters here, and the line moves much faster than before.
It's great that they keep it so clean.
I like how friendly that postal worker is.
I appreciate the way that mother is interacting with her child.
I like that jacket.
My day is really going well.
While driving to work:
I love my car.
This new freeway is wonderful. There are no traffic lights to slow me down. I can travel so much faster than before. This drive offers such a beautiful view.
Even though it's raining I'm making very good time.
I love how reliable my vehicle is.
I'm grateful for my job.
As you appreciate things, then you attract something else to appreciate, until, in time, you are experiencing a Rampage of Appreciation.

Here is mine to start us off!
Wow. Isn't this prosperity portal amazing? I just love all of the like-minded people I can connect with on the forums. I love the quiet where I live. So nice to not hear so much traffic. My flowers are looking beautiful! I'm glad I'm able to promote their growth! I'm so appreciating the latest creativity streak I've had. It is so energizing to let it flow, flow, flow. I am really looking forward to using my new metallic oil pastels. They are beautiful. I love the ones that are metallic magenta and metallic teal! What a great hike I went on yesterday. The wildflowers were amazing. I could see them all the time and never tire of them. I especially like the rose-colored Indian Paintbrush. They really make my heart sing. Seeing the clouds hanging over the mountains was a nice and interesting change. I took some pretty good photos. Seeing the Columbine growing in the boulder field above treeline was surprising. It was wonderful synchronicity for me to get back to my car just as it started raining! The Universe is really taking care of me. I feel so fortunate to live in Colorado and have such beautiful and wild places to hike. The wilderness makes me feel so alive. I'm so appreciative of Abraham, Jerry and Ester Hicks and this game! And I so appreciate Elyse for creating the Prosperity Portal and the Prosperity Partnership Program. She is such a wonderful role model for deliberate creators. I love how many people are playing and reading the "Wouldn't it be nice if" game! I'm thankful for how light and expanded I've felt recently. It feels so good to be doing this and I appreciate feeling good!
WOW! You should try it! It is great fun! I wonder who will join in? Are you next?

Hi Lisa and Portal friends!
YES I AM! Esp since someone just did something a few minutes ago that bothered me and I do not want to stay in that icky feeling place! I am ready, here we go:
I LOVE that Lisa and I had that amazing meeting today with one of LA's premier PR firms and they are as excited to work with us as we are to work with them. I love the way they came to us and this was all so easy and effortless. I love that I am constantly thinking about being in Italy in October. I love that when even the tiniest fear creeps up I have so many prosperity tools to turn it around and think of something that feels good. I love when I need just that and I find things like this Forum invitation to jump in! I love the fun I have when I come here and I feel like I'm in a big playground and there is only fun to be had here. I love that others like to play these games that seem silly and powerful at the same time. I love that there was only clear traffic on the road today and that all day long everything seemed to be timed just perfectly. I'm glad the guys went out for a long time this afternoon so I could have the house to myself and focus and get a lot of work done. I love that it is early tonight and when I finish this I can watch some silly TV and then go to sleep early. I'm glad the weather was just perfect today. I love that I was guided to wear clothes today that I felt really good in and I'm glad that it was a good hair day! I love that my sisters and I have plans this week to watch the Olympics and eat Chinese food together and I'm grateful that I will be cooking for them. I love that the rest of the week is planned with some very fun work and play and I am glad that I live in my skin and am grateful to be me!!

I am on a rampage of appreciation for the $5000 in my bank account this morning, the phone call from MJ telling me she is coming over to visit me and swim with the dolphins, the phone call from Celia telling me she will make the reservations at the hotel for us to share a room, that the computers both worked today, I appreciate that i loved myself enough today to stay in my heart instead of my angry judgemental head about my former roommates who left my home in a big mess. K love that I have a sudden flood of requests for weddings this month and next. I am so grateful that I have an amazingly easy and fun new way of receiving huge amounts of money. I so appreciate that my visit to the chiropractor resolves all issues with my hip and back to one of painfree strength and mobility. I am most appreciative of the wonderful people populating this portal and of all the great spirits who came together to make it happen and most especially for Elyse stepping out there to bring her love into physical form that can even be felt on the internet.

I appreciate diane and Pomai for playing with me here! I thought this game would be a good complement to the "Wouldn't it be nice if game... " I found myself wanting to share my appreciation for all the wonderful things happening... perhaps directly related to playing the "wouldn't it be nice if" game! It wouldn't be possible without others playing. Having a group of people strengthens the energy and gives me inspiration to continue playing. So THANK YOU! And here is an invitation for the rest of you deliberate creators to join us in this fun and magic!
What a glorious day today! Everything seemed perfect and some things were more intense, in a good way, more vibrant. The blue sky was bluer, the grass and leaves on the trees were greener, the white fluffy clouds floating by were whiter and fluffier! The mountains stood out so beautifully... watching the cloud shadows slither along the shape of the mountains, noticing the way the mountains were less distinct than the foot hills... noticing the wonderful shapes in the canyon this morning as I drove up into the mountains, the shape of the trees! The different kinds of trees! the weeping willow!. The brilliant colors of the flowers I saw, the bright mass of magenta petunias, the black-eyed susans in full bloom, the sunflowers growing along the highway, everything was so beautiful and so intense... so real and THERE, so showing up for me. I'm in awe!
I am appreciating the inspiration that came flowing to me today and the fun synchronicities that occurred. The warm sunshine, the cool breeze. Getting paid for the last two weeks! Working for such wonderful people, having great friends, talking with my mom tonight... my good relationship with my parents, the visits from the resident dog, soaking up the sunshine.
ahhhh.... I could go on and on.

I am so happy that I have friends to play with! It is so nice to show up and find that there are others, willing and ready to play with me! Yeah!
I love the scenery that Lisa described that I can feel around me so easily. Bright gold black-eyed Susans, rich red bee balm, waving green ferns and fragrant abelia with happy little bees buzzing around.
I love that I am feeling deeply, enjoying living in my heart versus my head. I love how my family responds to me when I am happy. I love that I feel like a child... eager, ready, willing. I love being a Source being. So confident, so primary, so deliberate. The better it gets, the better it gets! I get to decide as a deliberate Creator what I want to create. Isn't that completely awesome and totally cool! I am as I decide to be. I love this! My family and my friends feel me in this new expanded space. I feel me in this new and expanded space and boy, does it ever feel good! My husband looked at me for the first time in years, really feeling the change in me and said, "when are the dates for your next course? I think that I might want to go with you." Feeling the incredible possibilities for sharing this life-changing gift with my loved ones. Wow! Effortlessly inspiring. Feeling the joy of connecting with myself, with others and such a blessing to be right here, right now in this amazing creation that we call Earth. Life is a blessing and I get to enjoy each and every moment of it to my heart's content.
Mmmm, these cheese nips taste really good!

Good evening everyone,
I am blissfully tired at the moment so I SAY I will make this short, but it's likely that I'll get on a roll and 'short' will be a relative term! Thanks everyone for playing along, I LOVE spending time with you this way!
I LOVE that at the moment I feel like I'm living that quote that goes something like "I want to feel all used up at the end of the day". I LOVE that my sister suggested I still get a part-time job cooking because she was my guest at Antoine's birthday dinner tonight where I made a 3-course meal with everything handmade even the pasta noodles and bread. And I LOVED spending every minute of 3 hours getting that meal ready for people I love so much. I LOVE that today we visited all of the people we've been working with on our tours and I presented each of them with a package of fresh-baked cookies and every single one of them lit up and smiled to receive them. I love that it was so incredibly easy to spread incredible joy. I love that we are making our business up as we go along and it feels like Spirit is holding our hands and gently guiding us toward exactly who we need to meet, etc., in fact it's easier than that because everything we need keeps coming to us. I love that Antoine's brother visiting from France told me that I have 3 homes in France because I am part of their family, and those homes are always available to me. I love that I have extended family in both France and Italy and am always welcome and that I know I will be led there to live one day and it will all be perfect. I love that Nicola is home from her trip now and we get to hear from her every day again. I love that Lisa keeps fueling these wonderfully fun games that make everyone feel so good and I love that Pomai is reporting more fabulous news each and every day and that we have a wonderful little pod that I love both visiting every day and inviting others to join so that our pod grows in fabulous ways.

I love that I am right here reading what diane wrote last night. Wishing you and everyone else here sweet dreams. Loving the feeling of friendship and growing connection, joy blossoming all around me and filling me up, spilling over into everything that I see. I love that i just finished my favourite snack. I love that all of you are playing here with me! I love reading what everyone else has to say! I love how I've been feeling recently and wonder if playing these games is a big part of it! I love what Nicola wrote about "blessings multiplying all around me and I feel so ready to recieve it all. Arms and heart open wide. Loving the feeling of stepping into a newer, more expansive domain." Yes! I second that!
I love that my mom's surgery went perfectly and that she is already home and feeling relief!  I love that my sister reported to me that everyone was so nice and helpful at the hospital! I love that my sister was able to be there for our parents.
I love how I'm experiencing things in a different way... The teeny raindrops falling on my windshield, the sound of my tires on the wet pavement.... the contrast of the dark clouds and the sunshine on the wet leaves and grass... I love these changes within me and I love that they are continuing. I love the feeling of expansiveness, the feeling of a wide-open heart... the tingling.... the experience of total fulfillment...
I love that others appreciate the fun and wonder of playing these games! I love how we appreciate each other!
Today, I love life!

Good evening Lisa and all of you beautiful rampagers!
I love that I came onto this site tonight feeling sad and now I feel so so good. I love these BofA commercials during the Olympics that remind of a bunch of fun unique things in America. I love watching Olympic swimming and I love the commentators, I think they do a great job! I love that my mom and I have plans to watch the Games together on Saturday. I love that I got reacquainted with some writing I'd done a few weeks ago today, and I LOVE the way I write! I love that I am excited about that piece again and I love trusting that Spirit will guide me toward what to do with it and how to continue working on it. I love that even though my radio show ended today I feel confident that another door or 2 or 3 will fly open and I love that my best friend reminded me that I did that for 7 months so that the next thing that comes along I will already be ready for! I love that these are some of the last thoughts I will have before sleeping tonight and I bet I will sleep peacefully and soundly because of that. I love that I found Italian radio on itunes today and I can listen to it any time I want! I love that they have these little vignettes about Olympic athletes because I am always inspired and moved by the athletes' stories, they feel so good. I love that these people touch so many lives and may not even know it, never know how many...I love thinking that maybe we all do that.

Diane, Thank you for your post, I have been down in the dumps for the last week. I noticed this feeling feeding off itself and I too find this site is inspiring and refreshing to my soul. All things are possible and I am the key to focusing this manifesting of what already exists into my life by embracing my life and allowing fun and fulfillment always in my life. Every thing I desire and focus on is already here and I am the creator and reception point for all this in my life. Tonight I am joy and feeling part of the flow of life. I am remembering that all that I ask is already given and I am to accept and act upon the guidance as I am moved to action in life.

I love that it is early in the day and I get to play here with nothing else to do. I love that we are off of school for the whole month of August and we have wide open days to plan as we choose. I love that Michelle is joy and embracing being part of the flow of life. I am inspired that diane brought herself to the portal where she could inspire herself to be in a good feeling state. I am delighted that we are here for ourselves and for each other, paving the way to bright and rich experiences. Thank you again Lisa for bringing Abraham's materials to life here on the portal! I am so happy that my husband climbed up into the attic, attached some cable and now I can see the Olympics live and up close every day, even out in the woods. Yippee!! I am glad that while I was sharing Avatar with my sweet friend last night, my kids were upstairs enjoying Little House on The Prairie. I was happy to hear that the Ingles family, The Olsons and even Albert were all going to leave that noisy town and move back to peaceful, homey Walnut Grove. I love that I have a big screen computer so that we can watch movies upstairs with yummy popcorn. I love that I have every Harry Potter dvd and that I can watch them over and over and over and over again with my children who are as equally smitten as I am! I am so looking forward to the next Harry Potter movie this November and the final one next year. Can't wait, can't wait! I am so happy that I am enjoying my life and feeling delight and enchantment with it all.

OK everyone, here is my bedtime story!
I LOVE knowing that Nicole can watch the Olympics at home because I can just guess how thrilled she is! I love knowing that she loves Team Brazil's soccer and the 'moves' they make because I love suggesting right now that she take a look at Team Italy sometime - lol!! I love that my French houseguest is thoroughly delighted to eat my homemade pizza COLD for a midnight snack so that my kitchen stays (relatively) clean and tidy! I love that he has been so lo-maintenance and so appreciative during his visit! I love that I did our LA tour this morning with my sister's guidance and I did great! I love that everyone on our tour had so much fun and one lady was even surprised with it as a birthday gift from her best friend! I love that traffic was light and that we were safe in the car and on the road all day! I love that my sister and I made a run to Target to shop this afternoon together and now I have new summer jammies that I got on sale! I love that I have spent the last few minutes of my nights this week writing these lists and feeling so good! I love that even though I still felt a little sad this morning in the car with my sister, we started to tell funny stories from past travels and I ended up laughing so hard tears were rolling down my cheeks! I love that we are playing this game every day together, everyone, thank you so much!

I am in huge appreciation for being able to do this right now. I am so thrilled that my landlady sent over her gardener to help with the yard today and she is going to pay him. What a great gift. I am so grateful for this blessed peaceful day today, being able to watch the Olympics, still able to cry at the National Anthym and yelling excitedly to root on our athletes even though they can't hear me and I'm not really a sports fan. I am so grateful that Lani's husband is now cancer free and without radiation or chemo. I am so grateful to be invited to co host a radio show with Al Diaz on August 30th. I am so grateful to be inspired into new pathways of service and expression that open the floodgates of abundance into my life and experiences.

Just what I needed today! Feeling so much lighter after reading everyone's posts! Thank you for playing!
I love that I have yummy hot tea to drink on a cold, wet August day! I love how holding the hot mug in my hands warms them and feels so good! I love that I received my new Abraham-Hicks monthly CD this week. I love that Nicola is doing a PPP Showcase class Monday night, I hope I can listen to it! I love that I get to share one of my gifts with others duing the Showcase as well! I love that Elyse organizes the showcase for the class. I so loved watching Michael Phelps win his 7th Gold medal last night! Wow! And I love seeing the finish! And I love that Dara Torres is 41 and is favored to win a medal in the 50 m freestyle... may even be named the fastest woman swimmer in the world... at 41! I love that she's even AT the olympics! I love the scenes from China that they show, the Great Wall, etc. I love listening to the rain. I am so appreciative of all of the opportunities opening up for me, and so love how I'm creating more and more money by doing things that I love to do!

A fabulous way to end this day that was filled with so many joys...
I LOVE that my sister and I are having so much fun playing together in our new business. I love that each week we get to meet so many new fabulous people. I love that she said I say just the perfect things to make people feel welcome. I love that the men at the Brazilian restaurant are so sweet to us! I love that all of our tour merchants are so wonderful, I love walking into their places and sharing so many smiles and joy. I love that my mom made me dinner tonight and we spent the evening together watching the Dodgers and the Olympics together. I love that I was alert enough after this long day to drive home safely and that I had more than enough gasoline in my car! I love that I bought a gift for my friend's mom in France that I think she will love and I love the idea that it will make her happy. I love that we tried a new food for breakfast this a.m. and we loved it. I love that we laughed so much today with our tour guests and that we have the privilege of truly sharing who we are when we're 'working'. I love that my home is quiet and peaceful tonight and that I have solitude and beach time to look forward to tomorrow. I love that I can listen to Italian pop radio now morning, noon, and night if I choose and I love that I am in love with my Italian heritage. I love that my brother feels better and stronger every day and that everyone's lives around his healing are becoming easier again. I love that my family members love supporting each other. I love that when I write these passages I feel like I could go on forever and I LOVE reading what others write. I love getting to know everyone better this way.

Looks like an encore for me! I share this all with so much joy!
I love that I slept until almost noon today and had the luxurious freedom to do just that. I love that my sister and I were just talking about the "Father of the Bride" movies and the "part 2" was on today for me to watch! I loved being moved by the moment where he says "Life doesn't get much better than this" and wishing I could have told him "Oh yes, it does! It gets better and better and better and better!" I love that I can really believe that! I love that I got to completely relax in my jammies all day until I wore my new swimsuit (from last year in Paris! for the first time and spent the afternoon at the beach. I love that LuAnn came to join me and even though she made fun of my photographic memory of the 1984 Olympics in LA, I am grateful that I have such an excellent memory. I love that I had an incredibly delicious dinner tonight, watching the Olympics. I love that I feel rested and ready for another excellent week to start. I love that so many of us are watching the Olympics and comparing notes. I love watching the athletes and looking for unique beautiful things about each one, it feels so good to do that. I LOVE learning that Nicola is a Brazil soccer fan and that she sees us at the World Cup. I love that she will read here that I am expecting we'll be there to watch ITALY and BRAZIL in the final!!!!! I love that we have one more thing in common! I love that we all play this game as often as possible and I am grateful to have so many beautiful friends here. Thank you!!

I love that appreciation is encouraged and welcomed here! I love how welcoming Nicola has been and look forward to meeting more of you!
I am celebrating paying off my car loan 2 years early for my dream car today! And setting up the same amount that was the car payment as an automatic transfer to my savings account! I love that I was able to take action today and that every where I look, I am supported in taking this action.
I love sitting here in the sun with rainbows playing around me and my gorgeous plants thriving around me and the time and technology to connect with all of you! I love my office and how it supports me in my work!
I love that my sons were home and in bed before me last night! I love how I spent the day out in nature with a friend yesterday and prepared a lovely meal to share with my family and cooked a healthy soup to nourish us this week when we have less time/energy for cooking. I love that someone who has been being difficult in my life has let go of their anger - even if it is just for today - I celebrate that peace!!!
I love that I can use lots of exclamation points and no one is likely to make fun of me for my enthusiasm!!!

I love that Kat joined our thread! I love that diane is having so much fun! I love that Nicola brought to my attention the sprinters from Jamaica. I love that "Lightening Bolt" won the 100 m and smashed a world record. I LOVE that he ran it in 9.69 seconds! WOW! I so enjoyed watching him run... . and ALL of the replays... WOW! I love that Michael Phelps won 8 gold medals! WOW! I love how he is so grateful for his team mates. I love how they were all supporting each other. I love that Dara Torres won a silver medal at 41! another WOW! I love that the sky cleared yesterday and that I went for a much wanted hike! I love that the temp was perfect for where I hiked at. I love that we received so much rain. I love that the sun is shining again! I love that work went so easily today. I love that I get to work in the mountains for awhile. I love that the "Play your way to Prosperity game" started today. I love that I'm playing the prosperity game again. I love that a friend told me that I inspired her to be creative and start sewing again! I love that I have so many wonderful friends! I love that we are getting to know each other because of this game, too... like diane mentioned! I love that diane's brother is feeling better and better. I love that my mom is feeling better and better! I so appreciate how playing this game and reading what other people write makes me feel so light and expanded! I love it!

WOW, so do I, Lisa! Ditto to almost everything and WELCOME Kat!! I SO LOVE that you love exclamation points, me too!
I LOVE that I got to spend the time I'd been looking forward to, for a week, with Charles and Antoine in Newport Beach today. I LOVE that I took them to Balboa Island and recalled how much I have loved this place for almost my whole life. I love that Charles said it was the perfect way to spend his last day in California. I love that the airlines said that the 7foot+ surfboard he is taking back to France would be OK to take on the plane. I love that we got beautiful packages ready for him to take back to their family. I love that I have "family" in France and that even though I have not met them all, my heart is filled with love for them. I love that they love me too. I love that I feel soooooo happy thinking about all this right now. I love that the city of Parma in Italy keeps popping into my mind and that I think happily, that that must mean something! I love that Lisa's mama is feeling better and better as my brother continues to heal as well, such perfect timing! And on that note, I love that I am practicing "My timing is perfect and DI (my name for God) is always on time!" and I keep getting evidence of that! I love that this afternoon Charles said "Perfect timing!" as I pulled into the driveway in plenty of time for all of us to meet our late-afternoon appointments. I love that I had time and space to practice yoga this afternoon and I love that I was here and got to be on the tele-calls by Nicola and Lisa and LOVED them so much! I love that I made incredibly delicious chocolate chip cookies for us and our family in France tonight and they made everyone so so happy! I love that I always write these posts before I sleep and I have been sleeping so soundly lately!
