I love that Betsy had me laughing about diane and her sister and sex and the city! Feels so good to laugh out loud. I love not feeling censored. I love the thought of somebody other than me eating a wonderful pot roast. I wouldn't mind some grilled lobster, king fish or a mound of garlic shrimp! I love the thought of blackberry ice-cream, strawberry ice-cream, whipped cream, warm baked apples filled with raisins and stuff, peach cobbler with french-vanilla ice-cream, fudge sundaes and berry pies.
I love that everywhere, money is being drawn and pulled, magnetised and delivered. Money is going out and money is coming in. I love the cycle of prosperity and the beautiful give and take of it all.
I love that Autumn always warms my heart. Beautiful golds, brilliant oranges, vivid reds and mixtures of greens. I love that I went outside to walk with my dogs, because I knew that outside has a calming effect on my soul. I love the lapping sound that the creek was making as Katy and Poppy walked through the cold water. Leaves everywhere and somehow my mind loves the visual of it all. I love that I am wondering how come the scattered leaves don’t throw my mind into scrambling like pieces of papers on my floor do. I love that I don’t care if the leaves get raked. I love that I am perfectly content to let Mother Nature take care of her own house-keeping.
I love that I bought my daughter a pair of boots for the season. I love that I have several to choose from. I love that my husband has a pair of leather pointed toe boots that he loves. I love that that was what he wore twenty years ago when I first met him and he still has them in the closet! I love the thought of all of us here strutting around enjoying the sights and sounds of Mother Nature, wearing the boots that make us feel so alive and fun! I love the idea of us all getting dressed up in our best outfits, favourite boots dancing under the stars.

I love that I am sitting in front of a Spanish delayed-telecast of Italy-Bulgaria playing soccer right now because I was afraid I'd have to go through my weekend without seeing my guys and here they are! I love that even though I cannot understand 95% of it, they do have some graphics up to help me and the players are always recognizable, even on a Spanish broadcast!!! I love that we have a new friend Joann on the Portal and that Nicola wrote her such a sweet message earlier today. I love that Nicola wrote so many beautiful things about our beautiful autumn blessing us right now - with all its food offerings!!! - and I love that Betsy has written the same! I love that I woke up this morning thinking about the kitten in Pinocchio named Figaro and that I just know my angels and guides are going to help me with what all that's about, considering I am not even a cat person but I do like the magic that Pinocchio demonstrates! I love that I have a pot of homemade stock simmering on my stove because it's such a good autumn-y thing to do and I intend to make delicious healthy soups from it, to eat this week. I love that my brother and sister-in-law created such a beautiful party for our family birthdays yesterday and also offered to host Thanksgiving because their home is so wonderful to be in, and this way my mama can be a guest instead of hosting that day as she's done for 1000 years! I love that I am feeling really tired and lazy today and I have the luxury of being home alone to do as much nothing as I want. I love that we all report whatever is going on with us here and that everything we say is always OK. I love that Nicola sent me another youtube video, thank you! I love that I feel safe and warm under this blanket and that a nap is sounding like a really good idea right now, I hope my soccer players won't mind....

I love that I would love to be under an equally cosy blanket watching anybody play soccer with diane, who loves it just as much as I do! I love that I love soccer and my darling son gets to practise later today with his team. I love that on Saturday, he was just bursting with energy and was easily zipping all over the field so happy and so free. I love the thought that just came to mind wishing that all beings know freedom and peace. I love that I am now thinking about magic and the beautiful videos that I watched last night with many wonderful people singing "when I wish upon a star." I love that it is early morning, that I did indeed wake up early and that I have plenty time to be here and play. Yippee!!! I love that it is now light enough that I can see the beautiful yellow leaves against the dark green of the forest. I love that my attention has turned to nature...
Autumn fills my heart with gladness. I love the shimmering leaves. I love the beautiful golds, like the bursting sun glowing all over. I love the deep deep reds that warm my heart and fill it to overflowing. I love the mixes of greens. Dark evergreens with a hint of yellow and the bright lime greens. I love the browns that are dull sometimes and mixed with rust elsewhere. I love how the leaves dance when I walk or when I drive. Floating in the air like they are so happy and carefree. My heart lightens with the movement. I feel such a wonderful sense of freedom, openess and happiness. I love to hear the leaves falling in the woods. The crisp, crackling sounds sometimes and no sound, just a visual. I love when the wind gently shakes the trees and there is the beautiful sun shining through and all around. I love the piles of leaves that I do not have to sweep or rake if I want to. I delight in knowing that Mother Nature can take care of her own house-keeping and I can simply appreciate the beauty of Nature's living room. Just enjoy and let the beauty in. I count my blessings and life is good.

I love that Diane had the dream, and that Nicola found the YouTube versions of "When You Wish Upon A Star", and that my day started off listening to that wondeful song!! I love that you all love it too! I love that we all get fun and joy out of the simple magical wonderful moments. I love that people showed up today in spite of the fires and terrible traffic. I love that I got my first 2 official RSVP's today for the Open House. I love that I hear the word is really getting out there. I love that I get to play here for a little while tonight before my class. I love that I had a great time making dinner for my family last night, and they loved it, and I loved it. I love that we went to bed a bit earlier, and slept really well. I love that so many of my dreams have come true in my life. I love the idea that I can keep having dreams come true. I love that I had a great time talking to my friend Linda yesterday, and after a really beautiful ride up the coast with C and we had a really nice day together, and just doing simple things. I love the clear weather from the wind, I love when the wind stops. I love thinking about Thanksgiving and looking at William Sonoma catalogs, and all the recipes, and great cooking equipment they have. I love that I got a friend who sent me an I love you email, and you had to send it to 9 friends. I love crossing things off my to do list!! I love you all, Betsy

I love coming back here even for a few minutes to bask in the abundance of all of your lives! I love that I can come back another time and catch up on what everyone is enjoying when I have more time.
I love that I have so much to share after several weeks of celebrations, family togetherness, beautiful fall weather, and so on that I don't have time to write about it all! I love that I went camping. I love that I was out in nature so much! I love that S got to enjoy Homecoming with a dinner party and friends all around. I love that his girlfriend's parents are involved and caring. I love that when I am triggered, I bless the issue and let it go! I love that all my children, even the semi-grown ones are safely in bed! I love that I am feeling safer about encouraging their independence! I love that my favorite jeans were literally falling off yesterday!
I love the water and the wind! I love that I was remembering and celebrating so much magical manifesting and joyful expectation each time I attend the boat show and thinking how nice to attract a man instead of seeking one - minutes later, there he was, of an age, good looking, fit, capable sailor and so much more jumping onto my boat to help with a stuck winch...I love that a man was drawn to me with many positive attributes, we exchanged contact information and he emailed me by the time I got home! I love that I am getting some practice with flirting and exploring relationships. I love that this one might not be a good fit, but I can celebrate the closeness of the match to what I am seeking. I love how easy it all was. I love that I am not as freaked out by all this as I might have been even recently!
I love that work flowed well today! I love that some things which I've found challenging in the past are easier now! I love that I have the time and energy to be proactive and working on bigger picture ideas!
I love all of the abundance around me! I love all of my new clothing and shoes - which even a bus driver complimented! I loved arriving home late yesterday with a car full of food! I loved that K invited me for dinner even though I couldn't stay because I was exhausted! I love that I saw a glorious sunset last night! I love that Kaz loves being at home!
I love that I have many, many more "loves" but must go to bed to love my body with rest.

Wow! I love that we got the joy of hearing so much from Kat and she had a great man story to share, whheeeee! I love that she sounds sooo happy and so many things are going fabulously well for her.
I love that I am watching the Dodgers and they are doing their best to come back and win this game because I am going to see them on Wednesday and it would be so nice if they won 3 in a row!! I love that my whole family is into watching this series because the Dodgers feel like our family! I love watching some of these players that I have met in person before and how good it feels to recall those memories (really good stories for our upcoming, in-person, giggling get-together/spa weekend/yachting getaway...)! I love that my friend is taking me to the Dodgers game on Wednesday for my birthday and that we are having lunch at our favorite restaurant before! I love that each time an inning ends they play "I love LA" !
I love that I made some delicious autumn soup today and ate it for dinner and I feel so good about having eaten light, healthy meals today. I love that I spent most of the day reading and relaxing and recharging because that felt so good. I love that there were stars twinkling by the beautiful full moon tonight, just wanting me to wish on them, so I did! I love that we have been writing to each other about wishing on stars, I just love that!
I love that there are commercials on right now so I can finish this up and go to bed soon too. I love how honest we are about how much we really love our sleep and rest! Isn't that great?! I think it is.

I love that I am here mid-afternoon. I love that I had to look back to see if I am rampaging or doing wouldn't it be nice's! Keeping all of the raising vibration tools in their respective places! I love that I have so many fabulous tools to pick and choose from and I adore the ones I am using. I love the stars and the sunshine and the leaves and the trees and most of all God's glorious creatures. I am happy thinking that spiders are outside playing with each other under the autumn leaves and lizards are hiding under rocks and having nothing to do with me. Yippee! I love that I had a rich bar of chocolate and I have the rest to eat later. I love that that little bit was fulfilling and that there is always more. I am happy that we all have homes to sleep in and pillows to rest our weary heads on. I love the feeling that we all close our eyes and put our bodies to sleep for a few hours. I love the sense that while our bodies are sleeping, consciousness never sleeps. I love the feeling of awareness always being present, alert and available. I love you all and how much you have become part of my world. I love that through our sharing and connection, our worlds are expanding. I love that I still have a few more minutes and my children are enjoying whatever it is that they are doing while they wait... I love that whenever I return, I know that somebody else will have posted and there is always more to fill our cups with!

Ah, Nicola, sweetness...that would be me! Posting mid-afternoon, how fabulous is all that!
I love that I continued reading "Money and the Law of Attraction" before sleeping last night (and after sending blessings to all of the beautiful ballplayers who entertained me silly even though the Dodgers are down in the count at the moment...) and I love that I just LOVE it! I love that I am practicing Abraham's suggestions and have spent this entire day feeling good!! I love that I was inspired to write a horoscope for myself because my birthday is Saturday and each day this week I am giving myself a gift! I LOVE that I wrote such a clever, brilliant horoscope and am thinking maybe I can make good money doing that!!! I love that it felt like my angels were dictating it because it is so fun and true!! I love that we are all here, too, and that we feel so important in each others' lives. I love that we have so much 'virtual' fun together! I love that in the midst of others thinking the sky is falling, I feel like 'huh? What?' and I just keep playing feel-good games. I LOVE that I spoke with my sister this morning and that we are both feeling better than we were yesterday, and that she and I are going to play together to create a "Strategic Attraction Plan" from "Attracting Perfect Customers", the book I finished yesterday and LOVE! I love that she is open and willing to indulge me because I really, truly believe we can be one of the big successful business stories of this decade! I LOVE that I have Elyse and all of you to thank for this because the Portal here has kept me so buoyant in times of doubt and fear, and I am so grateful for all of you.
As for nature, I love that LA's weather right now is warm during the day and chilly at night. I love that I had an outfit in mind for tonight but, maybe I will wear something with boots instead because it will be a little cold. I LOVE that tomorrow at this time I will be on my way to Dodger Stadium! And I love that I will be with a friend I have not seen in months who has one of those most-fabulous-men-EVER in her life that we all dream about, so I will love being in her company to hear more about their life together! I love that I am hungry now and have a huge bowl of fresh soup that I made yesterday that is going to taste so good! And, I still have some of that cake left that I will enjoy a little piece of on behalf of all of you, I love thanking you for that!!
I love that I got Peanut M&Ms on sale at Target and I'm wondering...did you give up Cheese Nips, Nicola? Haven't heard anything about those lately...

Mmmmmmmmm... Cheese Nips, Peanut M&Ms, homemade soup... and I'm still dreaming about that cake Diane! LOL! I hope you have a fabulous time at the game tomorrow! And I was thinking about you and the Dodgers today. I was reading a back issue of the Guideposts magazine, and Russell Martin, Jr., had written an article about his dad.
I love that Dan baked brownies today while I was out, and that yummy chocolate smell welcomed me when I came home. I love that I was able to convince him to go out for dinner even though he was feeling low, and I love that we still had a gift certificate to one of our favorite restaurants. I love that he played the Rampage of Appreciation game with me, and I think it helped his spirits. I love that we came home and snuggled on the couch and watched NCIS and the Mentalist together. I love that I've been able to keep my own spirits up by spending time here with all of you. Thanks for the smiles ladies!

I love that you all are so busy rampaging on the portal while I take a break! I love that I made chicken veggie soup today and it turned out pretty darn good, even though I made it up! I love that I made pear crisp, but left out the sugar and it was still really yummy! And good with honey on it too! I love that the resident dog is so passionate about squirrels and loves to have fun! I love that he runs back and forth along the fence when someone walks or drives by. He is so fast! I love that he loves to run! I love that he visited me tonight and let me pet him for a really long time! I love that the other resident dog came running into my room tonight when she got scolded for barking so much! I love that my flowers haven't frozen yet and still are looking great! I love that my roommate let me pick one of her roses because we thought it was going to freeze. I love that it is one that actually has the fragrance of a rose! I love that there are three buds that might bloom too! I love what Deepak Chopra had to say on a DVD I checked out from the library. I love that the moon is full and I was surprised to see it last night through my skylight! I love that I have the portal to come to and to "meet up" with all of you and get to know you!

I love that all those animals surrounding Lisa all mean good things, at least I think so! Especially these last three, so unusual, I am sure they mean only good things! I love that we rampage regularly about good food and that even Suzanne's Dan is in on it! I love that I chose to leave the meeting early tonight because now I am so enjoying being here writing to all of you! I love that this was a good hair night even though my blow-dryer burnt out unexpectedly and, I found the perfect new one at a store on the way to my meeting at the perfect price! I love that since I was so dressed up at the store, a man told me my outfit was beautiful! I love that I was safe on the road and in the car today whenever I was driving and I LOVE that filling up my gas tank cost less than I thought it would so I got change! I love that I am going to listen to "When you wish upon a star" now and that that is going to be my bedtime story! I love all of your posts here and hope to hear from you all again soon!

I love that I have a few minutes before we start school and that I can join in the fun! I love that I am thinking of brownies and peanut butter m&m's, chocolate cake, chocolate bars, cookies and cream, strawberries and fluffy whipped cream and my favourite, snack cheese nips! I love that diane was wondering about my nips and I can't imagine what life would ever be like without my favourite snack! I love that now I am remembering a time when I did not eat any cheese or cheese nips. I love that I was pregnant for the second time at age 41 and I now have a glorious son Mikkel who loves cheese nips as much as I do. I love that at age 38 I changed my mind and opened my heart to have children. I love that my life has been blessed with a beautiful family who teaches me and reminds me everyday to love. I love that all of our forums are blending and I am thinking of rampaging and wouldn't it be nice's, blessings and prayers and letting love in. I love that I am feeling good and it is time for school and today we learn more about my daughter's favourite - the cherokees. I love that I love the Native American culture too!

I love that fluffy white cake description!! I love hearing about Lisa's fox and the peacock! I love that I got an email from Diane wishing me happy anniversary!! I love that Nicola decided to have kids at such a great age to be such a fantastic mom! I love that Suzannes husband is getting more work! I love that Suzanne is so supportive and wants him to be happy! I love that Helen got an ensemble part from the audition she came to here Sunday!! I love that she is so pleased, and they loved her sooo much! I love that it is such a great group and nice as well as top notch pro's! I love that I had the best dinner last night on my anniversary, and it was delicious, and quiet and sort of romantic, although I have had a foggy head with all the winds and fires! I love that my daughter feels better today after being sick for 2 days, and she was up to going back to school. I love that the winds have calmed down, and I look forward to being head ache free!! I love that this weekend we are going out to dinner again! I love I have enough in my account to pay for my rent this month. : ) I love all the new students in the adult Hip Hop class this morning!! : ) I love that I just got a call from a very old friend from childhood who was a neighbor of mine and best friends of my sisters! I love that we got to talk for a few minutes! I love that it is a new day filled with new possibilities, and I love that I am still going even tho I do have a headache : ). Lots of love, Betsy

I love that birthdays, anniversaries and everyday being alive celebrations are in the air! I love that husbands, boys and men are in our conversations and that they play such special parts in our lives, as I am sure do we. I love that I had a merry-go-around at my birthdays in Jamaica when I was little and I was so excited when it pulled up in the driveway. I love that my mother used to decorate the party table so beautifully with little cups of sweets that had no wrappers. I love that I can remember pastel coloured sweets in the shape of cars and my fingers used to get so sticky from eating them. I love that I am thinking of big red and white candy canes and large multi-coloured lollipops with swirls. I love that my dad lived long enough to celebrate his ruby 40th anniversary with my mother and I got to be there. I love that I had on a beautiful emerald green evening dress, my hair was long and didn't frizz (a good hair day that I know diane loves!. I love that on that day, I got to make a special speech in honour of my parents and I spoke from the heart and I still have it on tape. I love that when I was 40, I went down to Miami with some of my old schoolfriends from Jamaica and we had the time of our lives that weekend. I love that my husband was there with our Dominique who must have been one and my son wasn't even a thought in my mind yet. I love that I am now dreaming of a time when we will all meet in the flesh and there will be great feasting, dancing, rejoicing and sharing. I love that we will meet under a bright sunny sky and will enjoy many nights under the twinkling starry skies. I love that we have imaginations and there are no limits to what we can envision. I love what I heard last night from Harry Palmer, about being optimistic about what's going to happen next. I love that that is our choice. I love that he went on to say that we can believe anything that we want about something that nobody knows about for sure, like the future, and he believes (like I believe) that it increases the chances of it turning out the way we believe. I love that I can decide to believe whatever I want to believe and if I keep my energy there, my certainty and conviction increases and the possibilities and likelihood increases and it all seems fun all of a sudden. I love that it is now time for mathematics, reading and grammar and my kids will go selling nuts for brownies (girl scouts) afterwards and I will have the rest of the afternoon to do whatever. I love that I felt inspired to post twice and it is not even night time yet!

I love being reminded about wishing on stars and about believing in our dreams! I love hearing about yummy food and snacks!
I love that Suzanne's Dan made brownies and rampaged with her! I love how Nicola described her birthday with a merry-go-round! I love that Betsy had a good anniversary! I love that diane has a bedtime story of listening to "When you wish up on a star"! I love that I'm focusing on "being" instead of "doing". I love that I'm catching my ego trying to stop me from moving forward. I love that I'm focusing on everything being connected, there is no separation... I am the Universe. YOU are the Universe. There is nothing out there that is separate from I. YOU and I are ONE. We are ALL ONE.
I love that I'm going to go take a shower now and will rampage about it while I'm doing it! Running water at the temperature that pleases me flowing over my body.... the beautiful fragrance of the soap, shampoo and conditioner..... the large, soft towel to dry off... the steam in the bathroom afterwards, the soft rugs on the floor... delicious!

I love that you all love stars and wishing, and dreaming!! I love all of Nicola's wonderful quotes. I love that I talked to a really great lady, who is just amazing, and I love what she said to me!! I love that everything is ok, and all is well (even though I feel overwhelmed)!! I love my work, I love my business, I love having great people to work with. I love that I have a gift that I can pass on to others, that makes them happy and feel good about themselves, I love that it is full of life, and joy, and uses music, and our bodies, and our brains, and rhythms, and I love that it makes others feel good about themselves most of the time. I love that when they are challenged they learn that they can do more than they thought they could. I love that I can be physical and use my brain and be challenged myself in my work. I love that I am doing what I have been guided to do, and that I get to meet so many wonderful people, and have so many unforgettable experiences. I love that I came home from watching the Dodgers lose this series (hello?!!?! lol, this was not my intention, to be at the stadium for ELIMINATION night - lol again! and am so so so happy to see what everyone is talking about here!!
Today I really did love spending most of my time with my friend who announced that she is engaged! To such a wonderful man, and I love that I feel so incredibly, genuinely happy for both of them. I LOVE that they are coming on my tour together in a couple weeks. I love that she is so supportive even though we haven't seen each other for a long time and are not as close as we once were. I love that we reminisced about some of the really fun times we had in the past. I love that we ate our favorite French-dipped sandwiches before the game and perhaps each foolishly bought a second one to eat AT the game. I love that even though that + a candy bar + some peanuts a neighboring fan shared with us + a red tootsie-pop + some lemonade upset my stomach a little once I was home, that I loved BEing like a kid all afternoon and evening and we had so much fun. I love that she treated me so generously for my birthday and we got to laugh a lot together. I love that we enjoyed safety on the road and in the car and that we got free parking and that driving conditions were perfect!
I love that earlier today I spent exactly as much time as I had, to play with a new Strategic Attraction Plan for attracting perfect customers from the book I've just read. I LOVE that I am so excited about this and tomorrow morning my sister and I have plans to meet for breakfast and discuss it. I love the idea that I/we will be so excited about this, we'll encourage everyone to play this way with their own businesses, and we'll ALL thrive! I love the idea that we will start to see magic happening as soon as we complete our plan because I absolutely agree with Nicola and Harry Palmer that WE can say what the future will be like, at least our own futures! I love that I had just enough time at the end of my work today to send a note to a dear friend whose mother passed away exactly one year ago. I love that it felt so good to truly send him extra love and healing thoughts.
I love when Lisa mentions how shower rampages are so much fun because I LOVE to do that too now that she has inspired such fun...I love that Betsy sees so much magic in every little thing and LOVES her students and everyone around her so much...I LOVE that Nicola shared SO many beautiful details of parties and celebrations and about her parents...I LOVE that we all keep talking about wishing on stars and that it is now time for that bedtime story of mine...!

 I love being able to read all these wonderful thoughts of appeciation. I am so appreciative of my nice quiet country drive to work which is dominated by nature and all the beauty that holds. The sky is so pretty today and the air feels so clean after the cleansing and purifying rains that we had in the last couple of days. I love the fact that I have a job working for a great boss so that I can really appreciate him since today is "Boss' Day". I love that I wake up feeling good and very happy. I love having a comfortable place to live and spend my home time. I love my daughter, two sons, and daughter-in-law and appreciate that they are happy and healthy. I love being able to connect with positive people and co-create wonderful things. I love the Earth and all her majesty!!! I love my dog Tootsie - she is such a wonderful companion and the epitime of unconditional love. I so appreciate having a dependable car that provides transportation to all things I need to do. I appreciate the new bed that I sleep on and the restful sleep it helps me to get. I love all the special friends that I have all over the country and look forward to meeting so many more. I love being able to play this game and the prosperity game. What an awesome way to start my days. I love being able to attract the things I want in my life and I love learning more about deliberate creation. I love that I love learning and I so appreciate that I am able to do so. I love my library of wonderful books!!! I love that I am attracting more money and work that will provide a way for me to move to California and work in the entertainment industry. I love the fact that I can decide to change my career at any time in my life and that there is no time like the present. I love being able to attract people into my life that will help with that dream along the way.! I absolutely love being able to dream!!!!
I love being able to go on and on and on about all the things that I love. Thank you all for being here and I would love to meet each and every one of you.
