I always love when we hear from Kat and I love that she 'sees' our Colorado trip too, so clearly! I love that everyone is looking forward to the delicious food and everything else we'll enjoy together. I love that this morning while exercising I was thinking about our menus for our meals! I love the idea of cooking in a home that is surrounded by such fabulous natural beauty! I love that I was thinking about having seen a silver fox one night in Idaho, after we had eaten an amazing meal with my carrot cake for dessert (SO yummy! and we took a walk at 10pm and it was still light outside. I love remembering that there had been a thundershower and I wanted to be outside because I think time and space is so sacred after it rains and then we saw the fox! I love recalling that that was practically the beginning of the rest of my great life! I love remembering that that sighting was so meaningful to me and my life started taking off in so many amazing directions after that! I LOVE that perhaps we can all share stories like that when we're together - or before - and, in person the stories can be so much more animated!!
I love that Kat has just hosted a fabulous party and that Betsy's party is right on those heels! I love that Kat is attracting so many men, how absolutely fabulous is that!!! I love that that could be me next!! I love that Nicola is in the throws of Christmas and everything that there is to love about autumn, and I love thinking that fine, now we not only need a supply of CheeseNips in Colorado, we need at least one or more dustbusters too! I love that we all have so much to laugh about!!
OH and I LOVE that I got a love note from Italy - from the man I sent a note to yesterday after several months! I love that now I get to practice more Italian, starting with translating his note! I love that he started his note "ciao amore mio" - hello my love!!!
I love that this has been such a wonderful respite in the middle of my day and I love you all for reading all that!!
I love that Elyse and I were talking about choosing LOVE over FEAR in our own exciting life's 'election' - I love leaving you with that!

I love that Kat hosted a party that sounded so spectacular! And I love that Betsy's is coming soon and I can't wait to hear about that! I love that diane loves to laugh! (I love that diane will be reading her fanmail soon if she hasn't been.) I love that I received a card in the mail today from my mom, just to say hi! I love how it feels so good to get unexpected mail like that! I love that diane inspired me to clean out my inbox! 784 down to 24! WOW! I love that I cleaned up and organized a little today. whew. I love that I'm going to use colored paper tonight for my spontaneous drawing. I love the golden leaves on the ground and the smell of autumn. I love that I'm looking forward to winter a little bit so I can cross country ski and snowshoe! I love that I have so many things to do that are what I really want my life to be! Planning adventure retreats, doing creative things, having a creativity coach, reading how to attract perfect customers, (again thanks to diane! coming here to connect with like-minded amazing people, hiking, wondering what new hikes to try. How amazing is that! I love having people appreciate how I share my love of nature!
I LOVE that I had such a great day yesterday! I LOVE that it really felt like the God Box was working for me!!! I Love that it did feel like that, because I had a slight feeling that it works for others, but not me (hee hee) I love that so many things happened yesterday, that were in Divine order, and it was such a great feeling ie.. People calling me before I called them, people reassuring me and letting me know that all is well, breaks in costs and payment schedules, more in the bank than I thought , old students returning, etc. There was a busyness and yet an ease to the flow. I love that at the end of the night when I was doing my gratitude journal, I kept doing 5 more, 5 more, and it was so fun! I love that I have heard from Nicola and Lisa and it is so exciting! I love hearing from Kat and Pomkai and some new people here! I love that I bit the bullet and ordered the top on line that is so pretty and pretty expensive too!! I love that I am sure that I will have enough flowing in to pay easily for it!! I love that I know I deserve it! I love that we got so many RSVP's yesterday, to both the celebration and the Hip Hop workshop! I love that I finished 3 scarfs and they are so beautiful!! I love how Dancing with the Stars is going, and how well Brooke and Dereck are doing, and how they danced in teams and the team that won last night was the team I hope all three are in the final 3 because they are my FAVORITES!! I love that today is a big day with the world, and it should be very exciting!!! There were so many great things to love yesterday, and so many things that happened that were a true gift from the Universe that I am filled with appreciation and gratitude and excitement! I love that the God Box works, like Diane said, and I love that I just can't figure out how, but it does. I love that!! I love you all, and I love all the great music on Youtube! love, Betsy

I love that I get to be here in this moment! I love that I got to fly last night and breath through all that was. I love that I sat for an hour this morning and felt like a new person! I love watching our President-elect speaking, as I write to you. I love that he spoke so kindly of his wife and has promised his daughters a new puppy! I love that I voted today and got a little "I voted" sticker - it felt so good! - and I love that Starbuck's was giving free coffee and donuts (I LOVE donuts! even though I didn't know that to go get some! I love that the people at my polling place were so kind and passionate about being there today. I love that the line moved quickly and easily and I love that everyone was smiling. I love that I live in this country that has been, is, and always will be so good to me.
I love that I got my car back from its service and it drives beautifully now. I love that my mechanic and his people are so dear to me, and always treat me so well. I love that I got to say hi to my mama even though we didn't get to visit in person and I love that she lives near my mechanic so we usually get to play together when I'm out that way. I love that I was safe in the car and on the road for that trip today and all the traffic flowed smoothly all afternoon!
I love that they are talking now about housebreaking that puppy in the White House! I love that many people feel hopefully expectant at this hour and I love that I can see their joyous faces, including Oprah's, on TV. I love that Joe Biden has just walked his beautiful little mama onto the stage. I love how lovely everyone looks as they celebrate, and the talk of the two families and their new homes. I love that they are saying that this is a new story in America, I love the way that sounds. I love that this is a historical night.
I love that for the first time in my entire life, I am writing about my feelings about an election. Thank you for reading all of that!

I love how exciting this time in the world is right now!! I love how Obama extended and olive branch to McCain. I love how there is a renewed sense of hope that surely is felt world wide for those who wish to live in peace. I love how it is a new time, a new day, a new vision, a new beginning. I love how it feels like that things are now changing for the better for everyone, and that is the way we should have always felt always!! I love that it is time, and we all stepped up to the plate!! I love that we are so sure of this that it had to happen. I love that it includes everyone, every race, every religion, every nationality, every gender, every age, every sexuality, every level of economics, every type of person. I love that Obama is so calm and grounded and humble and real. I love that . I love that the air is clean and fresh right now, there are beautiful clouds in the sky, Thanksgiving is around the corner, great creative energy is all abound, love is in the air, peace is in our hearts, laughter and joy are celebrating, and together we will all move forward to the vision we are holding for our beautiful planet. love, and many many blessings galore to everyone, AMEN!

I love that so many people are buzzing happily from the election yesterday and even one group whom I met tonight who are saddened and disappointed about some of the results, are still hopeful for our future and look forward to what is possible. I love that I spoke to friends in France today and they said all of Europe is feeling very happy and hopeful. I love that "hope" is a word I heard a lot today, and I love that I feel so much of that in my heart right now!
I love that I was at a fun and very classy, cool, networking event tonight and only had positive conversations with so many wonderful people. I love that one of my dearest friends agreed to join me at the last minute and that we had so much fun together. I love that I got to wear some new clothes tonight for the first time and I felt really beautiful. I love that at the event they had two lovely women giving free hand massages and mine felt great! I love that I got to reconnect with many people whom I really enjoy, and they were all so complimentary about my sister's and my business. I love that I feel better and better every day about what we're doing and how we're moving forward. I love that I heard myself telling someone tonight that things just keep getting better and better - it felt and sounded so good!!
I love that I had the courage to send a handwritten letter to a celebrity today who is a foodie and invite him on one of our tours. I love the idea that he could actually respond and say yes! I love that it, or something better, is entirely possible!
I love that it is time to sleep now and I am all cozy and warm and ready to say goodnight! Buona notte!!

I love that Diane had the courage to send that hand written note to the celebrity! I love that!! I love that there was a write up in our local paper about our 10 year anniversary ! I love that they are sending out press and photographer to our event!! I love that we keep getting new students for our classes and there is much enthusiasm. I love that the air was so fresh yesterday, and the clouds were so beautiful. I love that it is supposed to be perfect weather this sunday! I love the nice words that others are saying about our studio. I love that they love it here. I love that I am going to Dancing with the Stars on Monday for the live taping of the show!! I love that they are giving me tickets!! I love that my daughter is sooooo excited!!! I love that she has Mon and Tues off of school(she will need if after Friday night homecoming game, Sat night Homecoming dance, Sunday all day Hip Hop marathon, Monday DWTS taping!!! I love that I have subs for my classes Sat and Monday. I love that my daughter wants me to be with her while she gets her hair done on Sat. I love that my son is coming down to go to the game on Friday. I love that! I love that things are coming together and I love working with the God Box. I love the song that Nicola put out yesterday, Happy Days are Here Again, with Barbara Streisand and Judy Garland!! That was beautiful! I love that I can be at work a little later today, and I love that I am going to get my list tackled!! I love that I have a crew cleaning the studio Sat night, and it is all going to happen and I love that I am visualising this going really well, happily, successfully, spiritedly, financially abundantly, fun, exciting, great connections, fun, and I love that I hope that this will bring in more success, and dreams come true!! I love coming here and reading the love and excitement in your posts! I love that even though I'm not much into astrology, I read today that there is an aspect (Saturn in opposition to Uranus) that last happened in the mid-60's and is happening again now. It is a time of transformation. Globally and personally. Quite fitting with the outcome of the election! And quite exciting when thinking about the future and the possibilities! I love how I feel like I am transforming, as well as my life! I love how Betsy and diane wrote about the election!
I love that I meet with my creativity coach tomorrow! I love moving through the resistances and fears that come up. I love how it relates to my life in general and not just my creativity! I love that I have the opportunity to do the coaching! I love that I was on a free call last night that was about taking a break, relaxing... if it is for a moment, a month or a year! I love that it was so fitting for me, exactly what I needed! I love when that happens!
I love that I'm going to bed early tonight because it has been late the past few nights!

I love feeling like I'm in love and have had a day that feels like it's been full of love!! I love that Lisa said "I love when that happens!" because that is one of my favorite expressions! ("Don't you just love when that happens" is another! I love that I spent wonderful minutes laughing today, it felt so good!
I love that Betsy is SOOOOO excited about Sunday because I am POSITIVE the day will exceed her expectations because she absolutely deserves all that and more - like tickets to DWTS live, how fabulous is that?!?!
I love that we are finally having some fall weather here in SoCal and I love that we don't have a tour tomorrow but have exceeded our maximum signups for Saturday's tour! I love that I went out to breakfast this morning and everyone, I mean every single person, I came in contact with all morning, was so so so kind and smiling! I love that some workmen opened the door of the bank for me and I collected more smiles and kindness!
I love that both my sister and I got lots of good admin work done today from our respective home offices and that tomorrow morning we have a 'staff meeting' at one of our favorite restaurants! I love our staff meetings! They're just for her and me, we are the staff!! I love that sometimes we have time to discuss personal 'sister' news in addition to our business and our 'staff meetings' are always so productive on lots of levels!! I love that we have lots of success to look forward to, esp in light of what Lisa just wrote about this time of transformation! I love all the good stuff that's in the air right now!!
And here is one of my favorite loves of the day...I finally translated the "love note" in Italian from the man I mentioned the other day (who responded to my Sunday email in a split second I think) and at the end he wrote TVB which is 'text/SMS' for 'ti voglio bene' which means...I love you. Don't you just love when that happens!!?
I love that I sent him a note back tonight and yes, it only took me an hour+ to come up with all that Italian!! I love that my MacBook has a pretty good translator and that I have a really good Italian dictionary - one with SMS translations!!!

I love that diane knows Italian and received a "love note" from an Italian! I would love if that happened! I love that Betsy received tickets for DWTS! I love that the coaching session today went splendidly! I love that the coach and I are such a good fit! I love that I had lunch with a friend today and we laughed alot! I LOVE the songs that Lisa posted. They are truly beautiful. John Denver was a beautiful man. I love that I listened to Annie's song, and it moved me deeply. He really sang from the heart. I love that yesterday was such a fun day with my daughter. I love that I took her to get her hair done for her homecoming. I love that My son and his girlfriend have been down since friday night. I love that my son did not get a tatoo!!! I love that the studio is spotless from the cleaning crew last night. I love that my husband went and opened up for me this am. I love that I was finished cleaning and straightening by 9:15 pm last night. I love that every bit of dust and cob web is cleaned and the place sparkles and looks magnificent. I love that I am picking up the best croissants ever and adding them to the galaxy of food. I love that there will be champagne this am, if I get really nervous. I love that I found a really pretty top to wear. I love that my hair cut turned out great. I love that you have all been so sweet and have sent such nice wishes and I love that I hope they all come true. I love that tomorrow is a new day, and I love that !! I love that all went really well yesterday, and I got to do so much with my daughter, and she had a wonderful night. I love that we both got new shoes to wear and she got a darling dress, and we both got our nails done, and she is going to dance all day Whew!! I love that I can watch this unfold. I love that my body has a season and a cycle to follow and it has meant me falling asleep early in the evenings. I love that although I have missed my evening time to be on the computer, you are very much with me in my heart. I love that I am feeling quite content and peaceful in my life right now.
I love that my dogs and cats are sleeping, my children are playing, my husband is gloriously creating and the weather is delightfully cool, crisp and fresh.
I love that I got my son's hermit crabs a new home - free from our local freecycle. I love that the man gave me sparse directions to his house and I was determined to find him. I love that both of my children were trying to tell me to give up and I was equally clear that I was not about to give up after just one failed attempt to find the house. I love that they relaxed and let me be. I love that after five or more times driving up and down the neighbourhood, I spontaneously turned down a steep driveway and lo and behold, the aquarium was waiting outside of the garage. I love that I yelled out in delight and we were all happy at our world lesson of not giving up. I love that the crabs are upstairs in my son's room in a fabulous new domain! I love that we sat still in the semi-dark, watching them exploring all of the neat stuff that we had created for them. I love that although Dominique has no interest in the crabs, she was the only one willing to pick them up and transport them upstairs!
I love that my mother has a wonderful recipe for fudge that is top secret and she has promised to give it to me. I love that I am thinking of making and selling fudge next year at my husband's newest business. I love that I used to do that when I was a child and I can recall how I enjoyed saving and making money. I remember that it was always a delightful exchange for me.
I love that soon, I will see my family in a couple of weeks. I love that my daughter has been secretly making Christmas gifts in her room and can barely contain her excitement. I love that my son has been making and sending secret packages to my mother and she has been really touched and delighted by this. I love that they thought of these gestures all on their own and I find that incredibly sweet and loving.
I love that I made time to be here this afternoon and it has felt good to catch up and share in the wealth of connection.

I love that Betsy took time to write to us this morning and that today is such a big important day for her and hers! I love that I am smiling to think of them wearing their new shoes and wondering how their feet will feel at the end of the day or if they'll dance barefoot!??! I love that when I woke up this morning some of my first thoughts were of all of you and I loved sending you all individual, customized, loving energy!!
I love that I have today to rest and recharge because it feels so good to just BE. I love that I give myself this gift each Sunday and that Betsy was so loving and understanding that I am sending my heart (but not my person) to her party!
I love that there was just the funniest looking bird walking by on the wall next door because he probably 'dines' at that rooftop restaurant often - it's where I always throw my old bread. I love the idea that he is probably wondering what today's chef special is! I love that sharing my leftovers with them always makes me smile!
I love that I am expanding my passion for Italian football now that I am in touch almost daily with the man in Italy who lives in Napoli (so now I love learning about his hometeam) and that he says the sweetest things! I love that this morning I received a long letter from him in Italian and it only took an hour to figure it out! I love that he told me about a beautiful, grand entertainment center that is near his home that's creation was inspired to promote well-being for the population! I love that I was able to see it online and I cannot wait to tell him that I want to go there! I love that my French homemate Antoine is concerned for me and wants very much for me to be happy with a man so he expresses regularly that he hopes this guy is sincere. I love that I have him to talk to about this and that he has been so kind. I love that after I got past something I was upset about last night, he left me a note on the refrigerator that was very sweet and so loving.
I love that today it is very windy and that I have no reason to go outdoors but can see the beautiful trees blowing right out my window. I love that it is the perfect weather to bake and cook a fabulous dinner because other than watching Italian football and being lazy, those are my favorite things to do on Sunday!
I love that we are always thinking of each other and that I am sending all of you loving thoughts all day!

I love thinking about Betsy and wondering how her day went! I love that she liked the songs I posted! I love that diane posted twice in a row! I love that Nicola is back! I love feeling blissful, happy, light-hearted, joyful! I love that the call tonight helped me feel that way! I love today was a lazy day! I love that even though there are some endings in my life, I'm looking forward to the potential and new beginnings as well! I love that I had butternut squash for dinner!
I love that I survived. I love that it was a great day, and the classes were packed!! I love that they all loved the studio so much, and they were they nicest guys ever who came out and taught the kids. I love that the photographer from our local paper that everyone reads was there and she was soo impressed and took a ton of great photos. I love that the food was amazing,and the set up gorgeous! I love that people were so impressed. I love that in spite of that cold wind......(ergghh!!! it was still wonderful. I love that the little girls who showed up, danced in my smaller studio and played music and danced for literally HOURs and I love how they would ask me to change the music from time to time for them, and I love how they made up dances and just were soo adorable. I love that my sweet daughter recieved the first scholarship awarded for that day, and she totally earned it and the choreographer who awarded it did not know she was my daughter ( and he was the choreographer for Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation ) remember that?? we should youtube that !! I love how proud I was of her, and I also love that she really deserved it and it was well received. I love that so many of my friends came by, it was almost overwhelming. I love that all my teachers came and seemed to have such a great time. I love how happy everyone seemed, and how much appreciation was going on. I love that these guys are really big in their industry but they were as humble and sweet as pie!! I love how sweet they were to me, and how they said they would love to come out more often. I love that it was an easy drive for everyone! I love how my shoes looked, but not how they felt after about an hour!! I love how my Ugh boots feel right now. I love that there was the most amazing pasta salad and two of the most delicious salads I have ever eaten with sugared pecans and raspberry vinagrette. I love how everyone loved the croissants I added to the mix.mmmmm. I loved the (large ) mimosa I had. I love the love I felt. I love that the kids were all so inspired and the adults were inspired as well. I love that so many of them danced literally all day from 9- 1:30, then 2-5pm. (5) 1 1/2 hour classes. I love that my daughter has tomorrow and tuesday off from school so she can rest. I love that it really was a great turn out, for the classes and I can see doing this again. I love that it is over now, and i love that I am looking forward to Thanksgiving, and organizing my life a bit more. I love that I think this will be very positive for my business. I love that I was able to do this special day, and that you were all there with me in your hearts. I love how people are really impressed by the 10 years. I love that because it is really and has been the most difficult thing I have ever experienced in my life, and that I have learned so much about human nature, and I have become so strong because of it. I love it because I feel like I have prevailed, and I did it my way!! (Isnt there a song with that title?) I love that I learned that dreams do come true, and many will be happy but things don't always go the way you think they will. I love that no matter what I have remained true to myself. I love that I am sure that the bigger picture is that I could be an example for my daughter, and son, to see that you can do it, women can move out of the box, and be powerful and feminine, resiliant, over come adversity, and keep going through good times and not so good. I love that there is more love when you focus on love, and be who you are. I love that I can't wait to see the pictures, and I love that it was a wonderful day, and now I am ready to go to sleep! I love all the gifts that the universe has been sending my way! I love the necklace from Monica. I love the family dinner at Red Lobster. I love the gift of shampoo, lotion and conditioner from my mom. I love that my Dad cleaned out his freezer and gave me some shrimp and salami. I love that I didn't have to pay for part of my steer at the butcher but that someone else paid for it for me as a gift! I love that I recieved a gift certificate to spend anywhere I want after thinking for the past couple of days I was only going to ask for Macy's gift certificates for Christmas. I love that all these things are just happening to me! I love that my neighbor and I are reading Conversations with God and are starting a prosperity book club this week at the local coffee shop. I love that my friend helped me to see a very important pattern in my life. I love that I love science. I love that I can choose to go back to college and get my Biology degree. I love that there is a local farmer near me who raises chickens and that I can get eggs. I love that my mom is letting me borrow CD #1 from The Teachings of Abraham. I love that my parents have found the LOA and Abraham Hicks. I love that I found a kneading paddle for my breadmachine. I love that this portal exists. I love that I am a part of it. I love my life!

and we took a walk at 10pm and it was still light outside. I love remembering that there had been a thundershower and I wanted to be outside because I think time and space is so sacred after it rains and then we saw the fox! I love recalling that that was practically the beginning of the rest of my great life! I love remembering that that sighting was so meaningful to me and my life started taking off in so many amazing directions after that! I LOVE that perhaps we can all share stories like that when we're together - or before - and, in person the stories can be so much more animated!!
