Welcome, Betsy! Thank you for joining in! How exciting that Dancing with the Stars is filming at your business!
Today I've decided to go on a Rampage of Appreciation with taking a shower! I love that there is such a thing as plumbing and running water! What a wonderful thing. I'm so appreciative of the people that invented household plumbing and the people that built my bathroom and shower. What a wonderful thing to stand under warm running water! It feels so good to feel the water running over my back. It was even nice today to feel the cool water as someone else in the house used the plumbing too! And then feel the water get warm again.... And the smell of the soap, the bubbles on the scrubby thing (I can't think of what they are called! ) and the slippery feeling of the soap. I love the smell of the shampoo and conditioner.... the fan that removes the moisture from the air is another wonderful invention. I so appreciate the people that took the time, energy and money to tile the shower! The little shelf in it is perfect. What a delightful thing, this taking a shower....
I love how the more I appreciate, the more I want to appreciate! I love how I am already living my dream! And more is on its way. I love how every day is better and better. I love how I trust that all is taken care of. I love feeling good!
Love to all,
Lisa

WOW Lisa, I did a similar thing. After Nicola's lesson Mon night on focusing your attention, I woke up this morning and concentrated my attention on how good it felt to lay in my bed.
I love how cool and comfortable I feel waking up in my bed that I love so much. I love that the lightweight summer blankets I have on my bed are just perfect and the warmth and weight are just right. I love that my pillow has been my favorite for years and I still love it. I love that my room stays cool and dark even on warm mornings. I love that I wake up and give thanks that my bedroom is a sacred place for loving, sleeping, and dreaming. I love that there is plenty of space to house my clothes and 'things' and now that I have recently cleaned out my closet, there is room for someone to share it with me and I love trusting that would be a wonderful man!
And I love my bathroom too and new shower curtain and soap from France and lots of bath gels to choose from and the drain that works really well even when houseguests are here and lots of us are takin showers! I LOVE having houseguests! I love that they love when I cook for them because it is so pleasurable for me and I love making them feel that special and welcome in my home. I love listening to them speak with foreign accents and I love laughing which I seem to do more of when I have houseguests.
I love that I was feeling emotional today when my sister called and suggested we both get out of our homes and go work at the library. I love that she made me laugh and we got lots of good work done and even made some fun plans to work together tomorrow. I love that my fingers are making mistakes on this keyboard now so I feel like Spirit is telling me BASTA! ENOUGH!
I love being told to go to bed! Good night!
love,
diane

I love hearing my daughter laugh with all her friends. I love waking up in the am and having my cup of coffee and writing. I love my books. I love talking to great friends that I haven't talked to in a while and catching up and letting them know I love them. I love having new people coming in to my business, and signing up for classes. I love hearing them say nice things about my business. I love children, and seeing their enthusiasm when they are anticipating starting dance and their excitement and enthusiasm. I love creating exciting programs to share with others. I love when the work I do makes a wonderful differance in people's lives. I love that AHA feeling when it all makes sense. I love reaching and or surpassing my goals. I love singing to Huey Lewis and dancing when no one is watching. I love Huey Lewis. I love the full moon. I love my work.

I love that even though Brazil is my favourite, I do love Italy too! As a matter of fact, I love them all! I love that, all of a sudden, I began to have a vision of all of the players from all the different countries being mixed up and playing together and just enjoying the time of their lives. Then diane and I could still be in the front row, having the time of our lives loving everything that they do! I love that my Jamaican Reggae Boyz have their Brazilian coach back and they are looking to qualify for their second world cup. I love that we are all sharing the Olympics together, kind of the feeling that I had when so many of us were enjoying Eckhart Tolle and Oprah together every Monday night. Holding hands across the world! How cool is that really!
I love that diane has new pajamas! I love that my husband paid for a house-cleaner (rejoice, rejoice, rejoice!!! and I can hear her vacuuming away downstairs. I love how sweet and supportive we all are for each other (and ourselves). I love Kat's kind words that so touch my heart. I love the feeling of kindness, generosity and caring that is evident all over the portal. I love that Kat took action, that I have been feeling inspired to show up in many ways this week, and that Neale Donald Walsch sent me this glorious message about action that I can share with you:
" ...that nothing is ever solved, or created, by standing still.
Movement is the process of the Universe. So move. Do something. Anything. But do not stand still. Do not remain"on the horns of a dilemma." Do not fence sit.
Put your foot down on one side or the other, swing the opposite leg over and start walking. You'll know before you take ten steps if you're going in the right direction. Not to decide is to decide. Try to not make choices by default."
I love that this thread is blossoming and thriving and we are all here adding the water and sunshine and nourishment. I love that I got to enjoy about 20 minutes of Lisa's PPP showcase call the other night. I loved the sound of the drumming in the background and her soft voice in the foreground. I love that I had all kinds of big cats showing up - a tiger, leopard, black panther, lions and an earthy sound that they were making that felt incredible with the drumming! I love the feelings of power, strength, love, vulnerability, family and earthiness that came up for me before I had to unexpectedly, leave the call. I love that I have been sharing Avatar with many new friends and they have been surprised and delighted by the new experience. I love knowing that diane was on Lisa's and my PPP showcase calls! I love that moms, brothers and friends are all feeling better. I love that Betsy is here with us enjoying ideas flowing in, knowing that the results are indeed on the way. Wow, how fabulous that Betsy has front seats for a live performance of Dancing With the Stars! Awesome! I love that she loves her family. Me too! I love mine more and more each day. I love me more and more each day! I love that other people have so much to love in their lives and that we are experiencing the joy of love expanding in our lives.
I love that right now, I can smell that fresh clean scent of a clean house and I am so grateful that I am not the one cleaning!
I love that it is almost Sunday and I get to go to the Santa Cruz mountains for another 5 night silent retreat with Adyashanti! Yeah! I feel so grateful that my husband gave me this gift for our 16th anniversary. I am so looking forward to being in silence for a whole week, knowing that my family will be right here enjoying camping by the creek and doing lots of other fun things!
I love that it is lunch time and that I am going to make a scrumptious shrimp curry with lots of veggies and rice. I love the feeling that dian's cookies would be the perfect dessert treat! I love this day that I am sharing with you. I love knowing that I will visit the portal again and you will be here too!
With lots of sweet love and embracing warm hugs,
Nicola

I love that there are so many posts to read since the last time I was here! I love that Nicola was on the PPP call and mentioned it here. I love that she had so many big cats show up. Others did too! I love that I was on Nicola's call for a short while and heard her wonderful voice teaching us about focusing our attention... and the sweet story about watching her son sleep. I love that the "ladder situation" was easily fixed today and it felt like the Universe was helping! I love that I received my new book today and I love that there are ideas that stand out to try immediately. I loved that it helped me to shift once already! I love that I saw a vulture today soaring so close... saying hello.... then he was gone. I love that I watched a ground squirrel climbing in a bush to get to the berries! I love that I get to enjoy Colorado peaches from the western slope. I love how juicy and sweet they are! I love that I live in Colorado! I love that the portal gives me "daily habits" that help me align my energy to who I really am. I love that others are doing it too! I love that Nicola shared a quote and I love that she is sharing Avatar with many people. I love that Kat likes using exclamation points! I love that diane woke up and appreciated her bedroom! I love that Betsy loves Huey Lewis! I love that I sit here at my computer pondering about what I love and appreciate!
with much love,
Lisa

good evening everyone!!
I love that I have just had the yummiest day that got better tonight when my sister and I met one of LA's hottest chefs and within minutes he gave us his cell phone number!!!!!! I love imagining how situations can unfold out of THAT!! I love that it's very late, I am so happy, and that in a few hours I get to get up and go to a networking breakfast at one of LA's most beautiful hotels. I love that I love my life right this minute! I love that my neighbors want to take MY food to an outdoor concert on Friday. I love that I felt really beautiful tonight when I went out with my sister and we had so much fun. I love that I have so much to look forward to this coming week and that I am hopefully expectant that it's going to get better and better!!
I LOVE that we have so many new 'rampagers' here and that my bedtime story was reading all of the new posts! I love that even though I'm going to sleep now, I will still be loved if I miss a post of "wouldn't it be nice" and I have that to look forward to tomorrow. I LOVE that we mention each other in our posts and that we care deeply about each other even though we've maybe never met in person. I LOVE that we have this connection here and I love that we are all in this together because it's just so much fun!
thank you everyone - 'see' you tomorrow!!
love,
diane

I love that I am completely exhausted tonight after playing in my very first soccer game and stayed in almost the whole game. I love that even though we were playing a team of very fit athletes young enough to be our children, we held them to 5 goals in the first half and only 2 in the second as our team learned to work together. I love that I was brave enough to step outside my comfort zone and do something this crazy!
I love that all of you have so much to celebrate!

Wow! I love that since I've started this game I seem to be saying and writing "I love such and such" a LOT! I love that I told a friend about this thread and then sent him an email that was a rampage of appreciation about him! I love how I felt after I did it! (You should try it, it's amazing! I love that I have a place to come to share my excitement with like-minded friends. I love the new Abraham-Hicks book. I love the CD too. I love the "telling a new story" they give on the CD. I love that I marked the place in the book where it is written for easy reference. I love that my mom is feeling so much better. I love that I'm going to send her the new Abe book. I love that I can hear crickets outside my window. I love that its cool enough to have the windows open. I love that the sunset was so beautiful tonight. I love that my pink gerbera daisy has two new flowers on it!
I love that I feel so wonderful. I love that diane called the people on this thread "rampagers". I love that Kat played soccer for the very first time. I love that a friend called today and mentioned going to the Denver Art Museum to see a show there a few days after I had decided I wanted to do more of that kind of thing. I love that I'm still spending lots of creative time.
So much to love and appreciate!
Love to you,
Lisa

Hi everyone!
OK before I completely fall asleep with my fingers on the keyboard, here we go!
I LOVE that Lisa LOVES saying I LOVE! I love that we have new people who love being rampagers and I love that Kat plays soccer and I love to watch soccer! I love that I had a blast at the early breakfast meeting I went to this a.m. and more than one person came up and asked to meet ME! I love that I dreamed all night last night about the new man I met and I love that I felt giddy today every time I thought about him and I just love how good that all felt! I love that I had all the time and energy I needed to prepare my neighbor's picnic for tomorrow and she paid me cash tonight! I love that my TV is showing Jamaica Olympic champions and I am thinking of our own lovely Nicola! I love that Misty May and Kerri Walsh won another gold medal and they have been so much fun to watch and they are so authentic and inspiring! I love that the food I made today for my neighbor's picnic smelled so good and was so delicious and that I loved spending time in my kitchen again. I loved imagining how pleased everyone is going to be when they taste it! I love that I had so many fun conversations with new people this morning and I had some extra time before the meeting to enjoy the fabulous lobby of the grand hotel where I was! I love imagining that I will be travelling and staying in luxury places like that! I love that these are the thoughts I will be going to sleep on and I love that all of you are blessings in my life! Thank you!
love,
diane

OK, this is totally contagious!
I LOVE that I can wake up and read the word LOVE so many times! I LOVE that I have been finding coins in the street and in parking lots at an unprecedented rate to remind me that abundance is, indeed EVERYWHERE! I LOVE my wise mother, my late father and my sisters who support me in every possible way! I LOVE that my 20 yr. old daughter said the best "dad" quality her father has is that he thinks so highly of her and her sister! I LOVE that the best "mom" quality my 22 yr. old daughter said I have is that I guided them to base their decisions on their happiness & internal guidance and not for the purpose of pleasing others! (I did THAT??? Whoa! Who knew? ) (If you have kids, I suggest you do this exercise and be pleasantly surprised by their observations! I LOVE the career I have that keeps me connected to people in incredibly meaningful ways! I LOVE everything about my amazing house! I LOVE that I get the opportunity to experience contrast so I can better determine how I want to create my life one day to the next! I LOVE people. I LOVE Vermont! I LOVE YOU! I LOVE that I am part of you inspiring group of people! I LOVE my spirit buddy, Jerome!
Appreciatively,
Natalie

Hello you lovely lovers of life!
I love that we are noticing each other and what we love in our lives. I love that Lisa was also on my call and shared that sweet reported moment with me and my son. I love that so many of us are falling in love with our lives and each other. I love that I met Pomaii today on our afternoon "Q & A" call. I love that my hermit existence is so far behind me because I am having so much fun playing in the sunlight with you! I love that my kids and I had ice-cream sandwich ice-cream today and it was totally yummy. I am glad that my hubby is making his way back home and that I will get to see him before I fly away to California on Sunday. I love that my mother said that the whole of Jamaica has completely gone wild in celebration! I love that their tv station put up big billboard tv's in prime spots so that everyone can watch their local heroes. I love that when the races were on, people parked their cars and got out to watch in the streets and a bus parked too and all of the riders happily got out to watch and cheer their athletes in harmony. I am happy that my island has much to cheer about, instead of worrying about crime. I love that, like diane, my bedtime story has been reading our posts. Oh, I am so happy that Kat stretched, got out of her comfort zone and went out their on the field! Yeah team!
I love that my new Abraham book came and my daughter asked me to buy her Abraham's Sarah book 2. I love that she is loving this stuff that I am loving and at such an early age! I love that she wants to do the first two days of the Avatar course, so she "can be positive all of the time."
I love that my five year son told me the other day that he would like to have more patience in his life, because sometimes he gets frustrated when he is not understood. I love that my children are blowing my mind with their awesome little selves! I love that I hear the Olympic music in the background and I am so ready to cheer for anybody and everybody! I love that my family cheers for all nations, not just their own. I love that there is so much wonderful inspired activity going on in my life, that I don't have time to even dream up a worry. I love that Lisa notices nature so much and seems to derive so much pleasure from it. I love that people wanted to meet diane, and that I immediately had the thought that "of course they would!" like who wouldn't want to meet such a delightful woman! I love that she is having Harlequin dreams! I love that Natalie is also finding coins everywhere and that my son and I aren't the only ones to get excited when we find even a penny. I love that Natalie's family is sharing from the heart with each other. I love that my daughter Dominique dreams of flying one day with the fairies. I love that two great big packages came today with our home-school material for next semester and that all of us were equally thrilled. I love that my son is learning to read and is feeling so confident in himself. I love that my favourite, the relays, are coming on tonight and I am so ready to scream, jump and cheer! I love that I am jumping around from subject to subject, keeping it all mixed up and probably no one will care. I love that for the first time in my life, I have maintained a clean, clear fish tank with actual live fish swimming around for months now!
I love the sound of the men's volleyball team yelling and emotional with their semi-final win. I love that it is time to watch tv now, knowing that many of you will be watching along with me in many different parts of the world. I love that the world is our home and we are spreading so much loving energy.
Sweet dreams lovely ones!

WOW!!!
I LOVE hearing from Nicola and all of you!! I love that this new Michael Phelps commercial makes me and probably others feel so good! I love that each time I see a Jamaican uniformed athlete I think of Nicola and I am soooo excited to hear how happy Jamaica is at the moment! I love hearing world news like that rather than what's wrong with the world. I love that Nicola's children are so wise and that her home seems so so happy. I love that she is coming to California and if she is anywhere near LAX that she will let me know because I KNOW she will want to meet me (lol! I love that we all use the word love so much and I love that I got the idea to express joy this way by reading a baseball player's book in which he went on and on about his life and used "I love that" all the time. I love that I am watching lady track athletes right now and appreciating how beautiful they are and how well they run this relay because running is not one of my own strong suits so I really admire them! I love that my sister and I had another brilliantly fabulous time leading our new tour today with so many wonderful people who live in LA but were born all over the world. I love that each week we get to meet about 20 new fabulous people just by showing up for 'work'! I love that I keep thinking about that yummy chef and I love that my sister and I continue to giggle when we talk about him. I love that it's time for me to go to bed now because I have rampaged before about how much I love my room and the peace and joy I experience every night when I sleep well and wake up happy!
Thank you all !!! Have a great Saturday and please write soon!
loveyou,
diane

Good morning sweet ones!
I love that it is still dark outside, the air feels crisp and cool, that I am listening for birdsong and wishing that Lisa was here to appreciate the sights, sounds and smells with me. I love that I know that she would love my huge forested background that is my outdoor meditation room. I love that diane and I both had the same thought about meeting up in California, because I know that that is where she lives. I love that even though I will be flying into the San Jose airport, probably too far away to meet, I will be thinking of her and her sister and her brother and wishing them all well. I love that I will have one full afternoon and evening at Mount Madonna retreat center in Watsonville, California to chitter and chatter before the evening satsang with Adyashati when we enter into silence for the week. I love that I will not read anything for the week, not be on the phone, being in companionable silence with my fellow retreat travelers. I love that last night, when the Jamaican women's relay team did not pass the baton, my heart remained so open and I continued to feel love and approval and much appreciation for the incredible week that they have had with their phenomenal team. I love that my mother in Kingston, Jamaica continues to send me exciting news from the streets with all of the parked buses and cars, people emerging from their vehicles to stand and cheer in the middle of the street with results that continue to blow us all away. I love that my country of origin, along with myself, is experiencing Abraham's "the better it gets the better it gets!" Indeed it does as our men's 4 X 100m relay team reshuffled their positions so that Asafa Powell would be the one to run home to victory and a new world record. I love that I caught a glimpse of his quiet joy, witnessed a hug from his team-mates and that they did a little bit of the "lalinga" dance on the track. I absolutely love that I woke up this morning feeling like I was energetically giving this sweet, strong man, Asafa Powell, a hug, wrapping my arms around him and loving him with a tender embrace. I love the feeling that he has moved out of sadness and is feeling a wave of love flowing his way. I love knowing that some of you are wide awake like me and some of you are enjoying sweet dreams in happy pajamas. I love that for every minute of this brand new day, somebody somewhere will have a smile on their face that will light up their heart and spread joy to another. I love knowing that one of those minutes it will be me and you.
Lisa thank you again for having the lovely vision to bring Abraham's work to her awesome thread!
Enjoy a wondrous day!
Lots of love to you all,
Nicola

Hello! I love that I'm here reading all of the new posts getting my day off to a great start! I love that I feel so content and happy. I love that even though I was a bit low yesterday morning I was able to be gentle with myself and recognize the story I was telling and change the story. I love that while I was feeling low, a rabbit showed herself reminding me of her teaching. I love that Rabbit has been showing up for me, teaching me about fertility in my life, and growing in leaps and bounds! I love that Rabbit was in my dreams last week too. I love that I am excited about my life!
I love that Natalie has been finding coins to remind her, and everyone, that abundance is everywhere! I love finding coins too! I love that she is appreciating flies and spiders! I love that Natalie and Nicola are raising wonderful, conscious children. I love that Jamaica has so much to celebrate. I love that Nicola also enjoys nature and that she thought of me this morning. I love that diane is so excited about a man she met! I love that a friend of mine reported all positive things from her latest trip! I love that Mom sounded so happy and good feeling when I spoke with her.
I love that I received my bank statement and that there is so much money in my account! I love that I sat on a boulder by a wonderful stream yesterday and relaxed and listened to the rushing water. I love that I saw a butterfly whose wings were funny shaped and looked like tree bark on the outside, but on the inside they were brilliant orange! I love that a very cute young squirrel played peek-a-boo with me! I love that all of you are playing here with me. My life is richer as I get to know all of you!
Have a glorious day!
Love to you,
Lisa

I'm ready! here we go!!!
I love that Nicola posted the beautiful quote "Each moment that you are happy is a gift to the rest of the world" because I believe it is so true, and I love that we have plans to speak on the phone tomorrow because I love her voice! And her! I love that my sister and I had THE MOST beautiful group of 11 for our tour today and everyone agreed they had even more fun than they were already expecting! I love that we got to see a hidden room of one restaurant that was so incredibly beautiful and sip a white tea that was named for "Lovers" because it all put me in such a romantic state of mind I just KNOW something good is going to happen! I love that my sister and I had another fabulous lunch at another new spectacular restaurant to celebrate our amazingly successful week as partners in our new business! I love that she loved my new idea about how to create an event that involves that yummy chef we met (and I have repeatedly referred to! this week. I love that we have his cell phone number and that we think he really wants to hear from us (I am laughing, thank you for this fun!! I love that my sister noticed I am laughing a lot more lately because it's true and it feels soooooo good! I love that we are all here for each other and I POSITIVELY love that we are all getting to know each other well thru this wonderful fun portal and I am so grateful too, to Lisa for starting all this tremendous fun! I love that I have treated myself to this time on the portal even before my bedtime and now I am gifting myself with the joy of watching TV and doing a lot of nothing for the rest of the day. I love feeling like I really deserve this downtime and am intending to enjoy it thoroughly!
I love playing with all of you, thank you so much!!
love,
diane
