I love $1000 dollar bills and yummy food Shirley! I love Betsy is going on an adventure! And that she mentioned that it is so easy to just "be" when traveling and on vacation. I love that she says that everything she learned about life she learned with dance... I love that my experience has been similar with creative endeavors. I love that.
I love quiet. I love listening to the mourning doves. I love that a friend and I both thought it was "morning" doves when we were kids and we associated them with summer and slowing down enough to listen. And the sound still makes me feel happy rather than in 'mourning'.... I was so disappointed when I found it was "mourning"! ha!
I love the picture of a nautilus shell in my office. It's an example of The Golden Mean. It's also called The Divine Proportion. It's a particular ratio that is pleasing to look at and is found everywhere in nature, including our bodies. The nautilus shell is shaped in a spiral and each section of it is in exact proportion to the next section. It shows how beautiful and intricate our world is and the divineness of nature and sacred geometry! Just looking at it looks complex, but beautiful, and reminds me of the wonder of the Universe and the amazing plan that went into creating our experience! I wanted to share my joy and appreciation.

I love that Andrea shared such lovely thoughts and I love picturing that nautilus shell, thank you! I love that Betsy had so much to say about dance and that I learned something from Lisa about doves! I LOVE doves, and love that they are a symbol of peace. I love that my mom gave me a dove ornament for my Christmas tree, from one of her vacations and that it is so special to me, I always set it out even when I don't put up a tree (one word: Frankie).
I love that DANCE is sweeping the world it seems like and I love that tonight I joined the Zumba Summer Dance group on FB and sent a friend request to one of the instructors who is in LA. I love that I completed my second Zumba class tonight and, that I really need to take a class more often!! I love that I got more individual guidance from our instructor tonight because I am sure she is as hopeful as I am that one day I will GET it!! I love that she is so kind and so inspiring to watch and I just KNOW one day I will get better. I love that I was thinking of that then I saw the Abraham quote that said something like the Universe knows what you want and is already working on bringing it to you. That is good because I want to be a good dancer!!!
I love that I posted my Julia Child story today and that I got wonderful comments on it! I love that I finally finally finally posted photos on FB!! I love that my wonderful friends spent an hour with me last night scanning my photos then helped me understand what to do with them and voila! They're now in a gallery and one is on my Julia blog post!!
I love that tomorrow we have 2 tours back-to-back so my sister and I will get to spend a little time together before we lead our respective groups! I love that that makes up for our not hosting tours on Saturday so we can spend 4th of July with our family, yay!!
I love that it's time to go to bed now...I wish you all golden dreams and deep wonderful sleep and a fabulous day tomorrow! I have French lunch and a hair appt with Brigitte my alchemist-stylist after my tour! I love that I'll have new hair tomorrow in time for a fabulous 4th of July!!

I adore that feeling of the divinity of nature and Andrea's using the words beautiful and intricate to describe our world. How precious that she has a daily reminder in this nautilus shell. I love that my curiosity was aroused and so I went to do a google search!
I love imagining Frankie enjoying the Christmas tree that didn't get put up!! I love new hair and pampering ourselves! I love driving around in fabulous cars! I love that Betsy and diane are dancing and mourning doves are creating magic and happiness even in "mourning!" I love $100 and $1000 bills flowing all around! I love that I got paid handsomely for an article the other day! I love that more payments are on the way for 2 other articles and a poem! I love that I get paid for doing something that I absolutely love! I love that this is an area that can teach me so much about how to open up to Spirit in other areas of my life.
I love that my whole family took off this morning, piled in the car and went to an early movie! I love that we had popcorn, m&m's and raisinets! I love that one of the songs reminded me of an old favourite from Gilbert O-Sullivan. I love how sweet and poignant it is.
I love that Mikkel started karate this week, inspired by a combination of Sandy on SpongeBob, the penguins of Madagascar and one of my old Bruce Lee movies! I love that he said that he really didn't want to fight, he just wanted to have fun! I love that the teacher is the most patient and gentle men I have ever met. I love that I was sitting on the side-lines copying the moves and I almost signed myself up for the class too! I love that my son and I were playing soccer in the bathroom with a plastic lid and having a crazy good time! I love that my daughter was marching around like a soldier and in a great mood. I love that she has been playing more with her American girl dolls. I love that I did what I said I was going to do and brushed every doll's hair and gave them all fabulous hair styles! I love that Dominique was simply delighted and keeps bringing them out to show off their beautiful do's!
I love that I am going to see the lioness that I adopted this year at the Conservator's Centre in North Carolina. I love that they are arranging a special tour because we are coming from 4 1/2 hours away! I love their accommodating us and I wonder what Kira will be like?
I love that my tele-class is finally over and I was so inspired to do it. I love that I got really nice feedback because I felt guided by Spirit all the way. I love that I followed my intuition and things unfolded in perfect timing.
I love that I am ready for bed and I love you all very much. Sweet dreams!

I love that I took most of today off!!! I watched trashy TV, and slept!!! Wow I will have to remember what that is like!! I love that I made the most wonderful salmon for dinner tonight!!! Trawl caught from a pristine bay and the processed went to keep the bay from being mine!! How fun to be in alignment with my beliefs and well feed!! I LOVE that I keep finding "stories" in my head to be removed!! I love that I made a new drink and now it will be my signature for the summer! I love that I have been listening to my body with our guilt and loving the experience! I still love spell check!! I love that tomorrow I have devoted to being out and about and allowing myself to be in others hands!! I love that I spelled devotee correctly twice!! I love that Andrea is here again! Yeah! I love that she is fitting right in! I love that she had a successful session and is loving her work! I love that she is looking forward to my class recording! Good late morning everyone!!
I love that I am lazing around and slept late, it felt so good! I love that the last dream I had would have been a nightmare I would normally wake myself up from. I was being gripped by a monster of sorts and couldn't move to free myself. Instead of waking myself up, I decided to release the 'fear' that this grip represented (I was grabbed by my left arm, which I interpreted later to be closest to my heart) to the light. The sun was streaming in a window, and I asked the light to dissolve this grip and it did. Then I was enfolded in a large, warm embrace that felt like angel wings and I started to cry. I was rocked and held and felt so safe I didn't want to wake up! But I did and now it's all over. It was amazing and I am so grateful for working through all that, whatever it was!!!
I love that we spent the most wonderful 4th of July together yesterday, my family and some friends. I love that I invited my new French hair stylist Brigitte and her little family to join us because they didn't have a party to go to, but then they did! I love that her little children had so much fun with my niece and nephew and that everyone loved getting to know each other. I love that I told my mom at the end of the night that I love people from France. I love that Spirit knows that so, Voila! I have so many new beautiful international friends now, I love it! I love that we ate such delicious food and that Brigitte made and brought my Peach Cobbler (that's recipe is on Lisa's blog!! for the first time and she is so excited now to know how to make a new fabulous dessert!! I love that we had a full-on dessert buffet, almost as big as the dinner foods so everyone got goodies to take home. I love that we colored and played with paper dolls and that Brigitte's husband Marsalis (isn't that a great name! manned the BBQ and he loved being such an important part of the party! I love that the children with my brother's supervision, put on a grand fireworks show for us to enjoy on the front lawn before the big fireworks show at the park began that we could see perfectly from the yard.
I love that my heart felt wide open all day, including when I baked all morning to load up that dessert buffet!!
I love that all of this leads up to my teaching my "Angel Food" teleclass tonight for the PPP Showcase! (9pm ET! I love that by then I will be ready and I can't wait to see how it will unfold. I love that I feel very calm and relaxed about it since I am so passionate about what I'll speak about and I love the idea of engaging everyone to think about food in a divine way!
I love that speaking of food, it is time for breakfast and I hope some SpongeBob since my beautiful footballers are all on holiday!
I love hopefully expecting that you will drop in and report on your weekends! I can't wait to hear!

I love that I finally listened to Max's SABC teleclass. I love the client session this morning went splendidly! I love I have several sessions coming up this week. I love the 4th of july was so fun and relaxing. I love how much I've accomplished today that I hadn't even planned on doing! I love that I will head out for a hike soon and take my sketch book and notepad. I love that the gift I sent was well received, she even said she had been wishing she knew how to make the exact thing I sent to her! LOVE when that happens! I love thinking about new ways to work (play) with people. I love that money is flowing in, in expected and unexpected ways!
I love that I went through my journal last night and found some notes from a class where elyse had talked about manifesting a surprise, and what fun that would be, what a delight it would be to have surprises show up as evidence the Universe is supporting me... what fun it would be if a good friend had tickets to a delightful event, what fun it would be to receive more unexpected money! surprises are so much fun! I would love it if unexpected money showed up in the mail or in some unexpected way! surprise gifts that are just perfect for me.... how fun is that? Isn't it great!?

I love that Diane made wonderful deserts for the 4th and there were so many differant kinds. I love the Nautilus shell and how perfect it is! I have had that thought before while staring at it! I love that Shirley had wonderful salmon for dinner. I love that Diane had a teleconferance call tonight! I love that everyone sounds sooo uppp!! I love that I am home after a fun trip with my family! I love how much fun we all had together and how much love there was. I love that my kids energy really is a boost and they are soo wonderful. I love how enthusiastic about life they are. I love that we had fabulous dinners, and deserts, ( bananas fosters crepes at a fabulous french restaurant! I love that I got pretty tan! I love that Diane is loving dance, and it is a lifetime of practice which is great!! I love that we all played alot this weekend, and also got some good rest too. I love that we came home to a really clean house!! : ) I love that I get to come here and read all the wonderful posts that you put up, and hear about all the latest! I love that I am hopefully expectant that tomorrow will be a busy and exciting day tomorrow full of people coming in and signing up for summer classes and that there will be much hustle and bustle and excitement. I love that I know this will be true, and that I will be able to keep up with everything. I love that it is summer, and i love summer. I will love having a great nights sleep tonight, and I will love to find out more about the teleclasses and jump on board as much as I can. I love that Charles posted a reply and is so positive in talking about everything he loves! I love that everyone talked about what fun things they did on the 4th of July! I love that Lisa is getting unexpected surprises and money! I love that I am planning to get unexpected surprises and money, too! I would love it if we all got welcome surprises! I love that Betsy had so much fun cooking and eating and getting tan! I just love that Diane is meeting new French friends and getting excited about her teleclass! I just know it went well! I love that Nicola HAS extra money in her savings and gave some away to her family! I love that when I couldn't post a reply earlier this morning to this thread, I knew it would just work out! I thought maybe it was at the end of page 63 already and a moderator had to start a new page, or something funny like that! I love how, after I did other things and aligned my energy, I realized that it I must not be logged on. I love that, as soon as my energy is right, the Universe works perfectly and MAGICLY(my new word). I love that, after having fun on the 4th, I realized I wanted my activities to stay in closer alignment with my goals! I love even more, that my husband felt the same way!! I love that I am getting ready to have lunch with a friend and share some computer and social networking information with her! I love that I am looking forward to doing an energy alignment session for a new client later today! I love that I can access information so easily! I love that I keep clearing away anything that holds me back! I love that I keep getting new business and new clients!

I love that there are more NICES on the other forum by some of our regulars and by some newbies and it's so wonderful to be in the energy of all of it! I love that we have these connections, aren't they fabulous!? I love that things seem to be happening at light speed sometimes and I was telling someone today that things feel like they're about to snowball. I LOVE where we are, all here together, I love sharing our loves and visions and cheering each other on! I love that I know for certain my life is better and going in the direction it is, thanks to all of you. I have so much to share and love about today!!
I love that I was divinely guided to call my original PPP buddy Jeanne today and we talked for over an hour and it was amazing. She has so many fabulous things happening, it's like they're overflowing. I love love love that I ran my new idea by her (which Spirit handed me as I stepped out of the shower the other day, after seeing the Julie&Julia movie, that I'm going to write a FB NOTE about this week, so please stay tuned! and she not only LOVED it, she began seeing all kinds of possibilities that I never even conceived of and, ended up connecting me with a good friend of hers that can conceivably change my life, LOL!!! I mean, her friend both IMMEDIATELY loved my idea and, she is in a positive position to introduce me to people who can really help me and propel it (and me! forward! I love that even though I didn't get as far on it today as I wanted to, as I took a long walk near the beach tonight, Spirit told me all is well and that there is plenty of time, don't worry! I love that I feel perfectly calm about it now!
I love that ALSO, I proposed an idea to the Pod Leaders that I teach a class for the SABC in two weeks since there is a gap in the schedule. I LOVE that the response has been soooooooooo positive, and so many of them think I ought to teach the class. I am working on its theme that will be something like "Feeding YOU as a Sacred Container" because I happen to know that so many healers, coaches, and entrepreneurs in general give so much but often neglect their own physical well-being. And I - the expert who knows 2 things best - food and how to get around Disneyland easily, lol! - would like to offer a session on how to eat well so that one has the energy to give from a surplus rather than a void. I love that it is being received as a great idea and that there is confidence in me to do it well. I love that I so enjoyed sharing my "Angel Food" class the other night and that it went so well. I LOVED hearing Nicola, Lisa, and Starra on the call, and that I felt so 'filled up' when I ended the class. I love that it was easy and I had so much fun.
I love that two other possible opportunities were offered to me today that I will explore further this week. I love that things seem to be happening really fast and that I can trust Spirit to have my back so I know I can handle everything. I love that in Starra's Goddess class tonight I chose the goddess Diana to be my inspiration and that her message was "Transform Yourself". My affirmation I made up to go with that is, "It is safe for me to transform myself now." I feel like I am really living that ever since the Summer Solstice and, I love it!
I love that now it's time for me to tuck in and make way for the next rampager!! I trust that we'll be starting Page 64 very very soon! Who will be the lucky rampager to start it?? I can't wait to find out!!

I love waking up early and feeling great! I love the cool quiet morning air, with the feeling of excitement looming. I love the friends and support for each other here, and that everyone is doing so amazingly well. I love hearing about Diane transforming. I love the idea of the Goddess class and would love to know more about it! I love that Dianes teleclass went so well. I love that Charles was here, and posted a photo. I love that Andrea is here and sounding "certifiable" like the rest of us.. In a great way! I love that I have new 100.00 bills and that lots of $$ came in yesterday! I love that I was non stop busy from 8:30 am - 8:30 pm with tons of people and tons of energy and great enthusiasm and vibes. I love that today will be more of the same, and I am feeling full of energy as well. I love that the evening classes were PACKED! I love that I received some wonderful assistance, from 3 students who want to work part time, and they were so much fun. I love that my classes went really well, and were lots of fun! I love that I went to bed by 10:30 and slept great. I love that this am my daughter and I are going in early again, and she is assisting the hip hop camp and it is a real job for her, and the kids love her. I love that she is learning alot, and she gets to make a little extra money too! I love that I had a really nice dream this am. I love that there were so many new registrations yesterday that I am sure it was over 20 and I will let you know later. I love hearing wonderful comments from the parents about the show, and the enthusiasm of their kids. I love feeling like I have done a good job, and that others appreciate it, and benefit, and feel full of life, and joy, and want to keep learning more, and are really into the process. I love sharing what has made a differance in my life, and connecting and sharing what I have learned. I love days like yesterday and mornings like today, and it is so funny because when you are at the end of a trip or break, you are sad it is over, and then you have a great day, and better than you could have imagined or possibly everything that you did imagine.... ha ha .. right? I will love having another great day, and hearing more of your great days as well!! love love love and hundred dollar bills galore. xoxooBetsy

I love that yesterday went so well. I love that I scheduled a massage for Friday! I love that my housemate fixed my outdoor chair! (Wouldn't it be nice if he surprised me by fixing the other one too?!?!? ) I love that I counted it as a surprise that he did it. I love surprises! I love that I got a free drop of rose essential oil at the herb shop yesterday, the woman put it in a blend she was making for me! I counted that as a surprise too! I love that the smell of the blend is so yummy! I love that an appt was much less than I expected! hurray! Yet another surprise! And all in one day! I love when I logged on to twitter this morning, a woman that I follow had posted the quote "Anything is possible today! Open! Open! Open!"

I love diane's beautiful story of her dream and releasing fear. I love the lovely feeling of being held and wrapped in angel wings! How precious! I love diane's big heart and her thoughtfulness. I love that this generous spirit reminds me of my husband and the wonderful ways he creates ease in my life. I love a big dessert table! I love that this reminds me of the most incredible "high tea" that I went to in Jamaica with my family and I love that Dominique asked about us going again when we are there for Christmas! I love wonderful repeat performances! I love that I was in diane's wonderful "Angel Food" tele-class! It was a beautiful experience that brought up really nice memories, especially with my father! I love that Lisa and Starra were there too! I am hoping that Starra's Goddess class got taped as I wanted to be there, but then realised there was a time conflict between that and General Hospital! Oh my gosh, that show is comfort to me I guess! I love that this is showing me that I would like to connect my recorder to the TV so that I can play with the stars and be a Goddess too! No missing out on nothing! Woo hoo!
I love when I am conscious in my dreams and my deliberate choices take me in a different direction. I love when the dream is going in a "bad" direction and then the realisation comes that this is MY dream and I can choose something else. I love that I dreamed that I went through so many obstacles to get myself to the hockey field and my team's match and then I was wearing the wrong clothes! I love that it was at this point, that I knew I was dreaming, and instantly outfitted myself and off I ran! I love that I felt instantly relieved, happy and free!

I love that I discovered in National Geographic Kids magazine yesterday, that the last HP book will be broken up into 2 movies! Incredible! The adventure continues for another two years!

I absolutely love that I am going to see one of my best college friends next week! I love that he is living right here in North Carolina and that we found each other again this year on facebook. I love that he has settled down and is in a lovely long-term relationship and I get to meet his partner too! I love that we were totally certifiably crazy together in college and are living and thriving to tell the tale! I love that we got into so much trouble (enough to curl anybody's hairs!yet miraculously, are living from another perspective and we now have that in common! I love that people have it in them to change and that change can happen in an instant. I love that he is alive 'cos over the years I wondered what happened to him and wondered if he was alive. So, so happy that he is!
I love that the center that has my beautiful adopted lioness, Kira, is located half-way between our houses and we will meet there because he loves animals just as much as I do. I love knowing that even though it is a 4 1/2 hour journey for me, it will be well worth it! I love that I have 2 free admission tickets and I can share one of them with him. I love that one of the volunteers called me yesterday and went the extra mile to accommodate us on the perfect day. I love that she told me how sweet Kira is and how she will give her her favourite treat while we are there - whipped cream! Kira's a girl after my own heart! I love that Kira has a white tiger in the enclosure beside and they are enjoying each others' company so much, that the center is planning to cut a hole in the fence! How sweet! I am so looking forward to next week!
I love that maybe on the way home, we may be able to stop in at Tweetsie Railroad - an amusement park - where my husband is taking pictures.
