Greetings everyone. I am a newly licensed Realtor and have focused my business on helping First Time Homebuyers with the use of downpayment assistance programs. I am working on another certification as a LEED AP and plan to use this certification to develop and sell affordable sustainable (energy efficient) homes.
I work another full time job as an Asst. Project Mananger building certified green buildings on a community college campus.
I affirm that I easily and effortlessly attract clients who can use my services and my new business allows me and my family to live a comfortable life with money to share.
I am happy to be apart of this group of like-minded people and look forward to celebrating and growing from your successes.
